We felt very comfortable over the Pentecost weekend despite very changing weather thanks to the beautiful apartment.

Highly recommended. We felt right at home when we checked into this beautifully done apartment, which is brighter and cozier than it looks in the Photos. Sarah & Emanuel are very gracious hosts, always responsive & providing recommendations for restaurants.

The stay with Maria left nothing to be desired. We were able to store our things in the apartment before the specified check-in time and thus enjoy the day extensively. The accommodation was exceptionally clean, everything you need was there and much more - cutlery & dishes for 8 people, coffee filters, sugar, spices, dishwashing detergent, dish towels, Zewa, baking paper, freshness & aluminum foil, lunch boxes for on the go and and and... Really great 👍🏼 Special emphasis is placed on family-friendliness. Whether the toys in the garden (during our stay the new great swing was just being set up) or the toy in the living room for children of all ages. Our two girls thought it was great 😊 The apartment is really very large and beautiful. Thank you for a great stay, we will be happy to come back! Very clean, beautiful and modern accommodation. The apartment is equipped with everything you could need (e.g. also a washer-dryer). Very good location near the city center and university. A little loud with the window open due to the adjacent main street, but not disturbing with the window closed (well insulated). Would book here again.

We were very kindly received by Doris and her husband and felt immediately comfortable. Everything you need is there, we have recovered well in the 4 days. The area is fantastic and there are many hiking trails right outside the front door. We were there with our 2 dogs and highly recommend the small apartment!

A great place to feel good even for a longer time. Super nice and practically furnished! The location is perfect in Deggendorf. You are immediately at the market square and the cinema is right next door! Just a 10-minute walk to TH Deggendorf! Communication with Eva and Helmut was great!

Beautiful, well-equipped apartment with a wonderful view of the countryside. We immediately felt very comfortable - which was also due to the numerous loving details that made our stay even more pleasant. The location is also great, ideal for beautiful excursions in the Bavarian Forest. The hosts are also very warm and helpful. We are already looking forward to our next visit and can highly recommend this accommodation! :)

Beautiful, comfortable, with a lot of content, an apartment to which we will always be happy to return. We definitely recommend it! Also clear, polite and fast communication with the host David.

The accommodation is for mountain hikes between Lusen, Gr. Rachel and Gr. Arber well located, possible starting points were easily accessible from there by public transport (daily, departure every hour). Within walking distance, there was everything necessary to prepare for the tours in the village with a small supermarket, bakery and butcher. The best way to find out about the opening hours is before arrival. On the balcony of the apartment you can perfectly end day tours in the sun and good views after having cooked something in the well-equipped kitchen. The apartment was very clean and is cozy and spacious. The hosts were very friendly, quickly accessible and helpful with questions. A special feature was the farewell by shuttle service to the train station, thank you so much for the wonderful stay and your hospitality!

We - my mother, my daughter and I - wanted to spend a cozy, girls' break together. And we could really do that in Katrin's apartment! Check-in was easy, parking was no problem, and the location is great because you can get everywhere very quickly, but it is really nice and quiet on site. The apartment was fantastic: modern, cozy, lots of wood, cuddly, lots of seating, kitchen well equipped. We also had a baby bed and high chair provided on request without any problems. Communication with Katrin was extremely pleasant, helpful and fast. We actually felt very comfortable right away and would like to spend a break here again for three - this time 😉 with dad. Thank you for the great vacation with you, Katrin! ❤️

A super renovated apartment in the Predigtstuhlresort with direct proximity to the sauna/swimming pool, so you hardly need the shower. A fully equipped kitchen as well as a pull-out sofa and a super comfortable bed gave us a relaxed extended weekend in the apartment. The apartment is highly recommended due to its location in the resort. Clear and fast communication made it easy to check in and out. Overall, as a family with a small child, we were very satisfied and are considering stopping by again.

The apartment is very nice! We felt very comfortable in the apartment and it looks exactly like the pictures. High praise for this! The location is a bit difficult, the place is as extinct! A hotel with its restaurant keeps the place alive. There is no cafe, no ice cream parlor... that was very unfortunate. We always had to go to other places for this.

We enjoyed our stay in Andreas' apartment very much. It's easy to find via navigation. The location is great for doing things all around and exploring the area. Of course, we and our son enjoyed the opportunity to use the adjacent outdoor swimming pool for free. All in all it was a nice holiday 🌞

Nice & cozy place for fun in the National Park. Hiking, biking, cycling, walking, trail running, etc… all at your doorstep! Sufficient parking, a pub with food at the corner, and you see the sunset from your top floor window! By 22h (10pm) it was as quiet as a library! Slept like a baby! 5 stars in my book.

It was the perfect weekend to relax. We were extremely warmly welcomed and felt very comfortable. The place is highly recommended!

When we are back in the area we will definitely see that we can book this place again. It all worked perfectly, the apartment has a perfect location and was sufficient for us (2 adults and 4 kids). In addition, it is great to use the swimming pool, sauna and fitness area for free.

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was as described. Angelina was very easy to reach and always helped immediately if we had any questions. It couldn't have been better overall!

Our stay at this beautiful place was just perfect! The apartment itself is beautifully furnished, extremely well maintained, clean and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. We also got to know Katrin's mother briefly. She gave us a few tips for the area. ☺️ The highlight for us was the private whirlpool including the possibility to watch series. Thanks to the manual, we were able to manage everything easily on our own. Katrin would also have been very easy to reach for any questions. I am looking forward to my next stay there! We had a great time in the apartment with the Adam family. Very cozy, lovingly furnished and well-equipped apartment. The sauna and whirlpool (€20 per use) are also a great addition. Alois was very friendly, courteous and we were even able to check in later than advertised. If you're looking for peace and relaxation, this is the place to be.
