Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Santa Croce, Florence

This house is in a superb location, it's walking distance from everywhere and around the corner from the Arno and the beautiful bridge. It is also a step away from a lively piazza - a delight to come back to at the end of every day. The place is compact but charming and the amenities are everything that one may need. Alberto was super proactive and clear in communication. Great stay!

A acomodação confere com a descrição, mas o box é bem apertado e não tem lugar para colocar o sabonete e o xampu, além de ser difícil para acertar a temperatura da água do chuveiro. A localização do apartamento é boa, a poucos minutos de caminhada estamos no centro histórico. Quanto ao anfitrião foi muito solicito a todas as dúvidas e estava sempre disponível para ajudar.

Indien we naar Firenze terugkeren wordt dit appartement zonder twijfel opnieuw ons verblijf. Goed gelegen, heel rustig, zowel overdag als in de nacht. Het terras overtreft alle verwachtingen. Mooi uitzicht, genoeg ruimte, heerlijk zitten en genieten. De douche stoorde ons niet. Voor wie houdt van charme en luxe kan achterlaten is dit 5 sterren. David reageert snel en vriendelijk.

Great location, easy to walk off the train and right across the street to the residence. The building was quiet and you’d never know it was close to the train station. Safe entry, walking distance to everything in Florence, and was grateful that Emmanuela met us at the property and gave us instructions on how to enter the building and how to use the amenities in the house. It was in an incredibly beautiful location but it was kind of far from town and you would definitely need a car to get there. The distance and the means of getting there were extremely worth it as you got to be in the countryside and admire the natural beauty. Giovanni and Michela were very good at communicating all instructions and even gave us tips for what to do in the area. The apartment was very nice and clean. The upstairs patio and its views were breathtaking.

Great location and in the middle of everything!

Exceptional in everyway. One of the most beautiful homes I have ever stayed. Additionally, Antella is a lovely town and only a short distance from Firenze. It is the best of all worlds, living in the countryside only a short distance from one of the most beautiful cities in the world. I must also add that Bianca and Andreas are two of the nicest people you will ever meet. An incredible place.

This place is so beautiful! After a crazy day in Florence it was nice to go back to this peaceful beauty. Laura and her family were so nice and helped us with any questions we had about the area. The house is big too so gave us a little space from the kids for a bit too lol

Wir wurden freundlich in Empfang genommen und haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt, die Wohnung ist sehr schön und privat. Der Ausblick von der Terasse ist traumhaft. Was ein bisschen gestört hat, war die Straße vorm Haus, aber abends war nicht mehr so viel los. Alles in Allem war es wirklich toll. Es ist auch alles da gewesen, was man braucht.

Caterina was a wonderful host. She met us at the condo and her love of her city was obvious upon meeting her. The location of the condo is incredible, just steps to the Piazza della Signoria and a short walk to the Piazza del Duomo. Super easy to access everything Florence has to offer. The condo was very clean and spacious with modern amenities in a historic building. Though in the middle of everything, it was very quiet inside. We’d definitely come visit again for our next Florence trip. Thanks Caterina!

房子处于老城中心，去哪里都很方便，这个确实是最大的优势，房间因为处于顶层，风景很好，唯一的缺点也是因为顶层，没有电梯，行李特别大，再加上女生的话，还是要做好心理准备。

If you go to Florence and want to be in a great neighborhood with lots of great restaurants; but want to be able to walk to anything important - this is your place. Clean, comfortable, safe location and space. Check in instructions included pictures to walk you thru every aspect. Tommaso was very proactive and responsive. If we come to Florence again, we will definitely try to stay here.

A fantastic stay! Location was fantastic, very close to the Duomo and all of the sites. As mentioned in other reviews, there were plenty of stairs up the apartment, but once up, it was great. Large and well stocked kitchen and living area. Clean bathroom. Bed was very comfortable and air-con was efficient and quiet. Lorella was responsive on all matters and gave clear instructions accessing the apartment. I would love to stay again. Grazie Lorella!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt im Apartment von Barbara. Alles war blitzsauber, die Wohnung wertig möbliert und großzügig geschnitten. Barbara antwortet auf alle Fragen innerhalb weniger Minuten und ist somit ein wahre Hilfe in allen Belangen! Es gibt Probleme mit Mücken, wenn man nicht erkennt, dass Mücken-Rollos vorhanden sind. Mithilfe der Rollos kann man die Fenster nachts geöffnet lassen und die Zimmer kühlen wunderbar runter. Man schläft in dem Bett ganz wunderbar. Da das Apartment bergauf gelegen ist, war die Aussicht atemberaubend, man hat aber besser einen Mietwagen, um anstrengungsfrei hoch und runter zu gelangen. Ein Taxi oder Huber zu bekommen, ist fast unmöglich und die ca. 5 minütigen Fahrt kostet mehr als 20€! Am besten kommt man von Scandicci mit der Tram nach Florenz. Das ist im Sommer zwar eng und entsprechend warm, aber kostet pro Fahrt auch nur 1,70€. Sollten wir Florenz noch einmal besuchen, würden wir jederzeit wieder bei Barbara übernachten!

We had a great stay in this comfortable, clean apartment. It is near many landmarks and close to the Central Market so we could shop to cook at home - the kitchen was well stocked with dishes etc. The rooftop patio was an amazing place to sit and eat while looking at the Duomo. Our host offered some restaurant suggestions that we tried and they were very good. I would definitely stay here again.

EXCEPTIONAL CLEANNESS If you are a sensitive for the cleanness this is the place. I really felt like my home for the cleanness and was very satisfied. I will definitely come back if I come to Florence. Cosimo is the kindest host and his recommendations were amazing! It is located on 4th floor without elevator but our 5 years old boy could handle it well. We didn’t complain. And Cosimo helped to carry the luggage when we checked in. Location is so good as well! Close to everywhere. Thanks for your hosting! This was the best Airbnb of our 4 Airbnb in Italy.

Casamia was a really nice place to stay at! In a nice, quiet neighborhood, with a bunch of restaurants nearby. The apartment was exactly as described and had all the necessary amenities to feel at home. Maridana was a great host, always super responsive and with a lot of nice local recommendations. We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely consider it in the future. :)
