The cabin is located right by the cross country network. In addition, only a few minutes drive to alpine slope. Walking distance to the city center, the inland and swimming beaches. Large hiking area right outside the cabin. 5 minutes away is a great place for recreation with cafe inside igloo, rental of water activities, playground and swimming area.

We have large patio with several seating areas around the house and barbecue available. Endless with hiking areas in beautiful southern nature just outside the door. Cozy community with convenience stores in 10 minutes walk from the house. A perfect holiday home in the heart of Sørlandet- 30 min from Kragerø and 20 min from Risør Electricity is added. With its waterfront location, the cabin has access to a private dock and fantastic swimming opportunities. Two stand-up paddleboards are also available, or you can take a bath in a heated jacuzzi. Sjarmerende leilighet til leie i en rolig og vakker oase i hjertet av Grimstad. Leiligheten har åpen kjøkkenløsning, en sovealkove med dobbeltseng og en dobbel sovesofa i stuen. Tilgang til privat innendørs svømmebasseng. Parkering i parkeringshus tvers over gaten. Leiligheten har vært utleid tidligere gjennom annen bruker på Airbnb. Anmeldelsene kunne dessverre ikke følge med flytting til ny bruker, og er derfor lagt ut under "Husmanual", til info.

Central and beautiful apartment with sunny balcony

The apartment is close to the Hovden center with walking distance to all facilities. In winter, there are great cross-country trails close by and it is a short distance to the Alpine Centre. The skating rink and Hovden Badeland is just outside. In spring, summer and autumn, there are many good hiking trails and summit hikes with varying degrees of difficulty.
