The property is protected to the south with an old growth forest and directly in front of the house is Shelter Cove, providing shelter from coastal winds and where the Orcas like to hang out. You sit 100 feet above the water on our beach front property looking at the dolly dock pier and harbor to the east and Battle Rock and and a long stretch of beach to west. You can walk to the end of the property and enjoy your favorite beverage on the deck on the cliff above the water. You have truly magnificent views from our top-of-the-line studios.

A nature lovers retreat on the beautiful Rogue River. Watch osprey from the sprawling cedar deck, fish for salmon right on the river bank, or take a soak in the deep tub, this peaceful cabin you won't want to leave. Located half way between Grants pass and Medford with easy access to the 5 freeway, you can enjoy all that Southern Oregon has to offer. Stay at Harris Hideaway oceanfront studio. We have established a policy that should keep everyone safer right now. We have added an EV charger and a Tesla adapter for you use. Before your visit, the place will be sanitized (as always) and will be vacant for at least two until your arrival. Cottage is located on the south end of Yachats and a short distance to sandy the sandy beach at Yachats Bay.
