We offer a completely remodeled home with a new kitchen, flooring, and bathrooms and a well-stocked kitchen, A/C throughout, SHARC passes, hot tub, bicycles, and an EV charger port. Our bonus room over detached garage has a TV, yoga space, 1/2 bath and A/C. ONE dog welcome and must be added at time of reservation. Must be 25 yrs. old to book.

Our house is located on the Woodlands Golf Course with Mt Bachelor views. Wood burning fireplace for the winter and A/C for the summer will keep you comfortable in any season. The house has a large living room where everyone can gather and separated, private bedroom spaces. Perfect for a family vacation! Our home has been managed by a local company for years and has been very popular. We started managing it ourselves in 2019 and hope that you will enjoy our beautiful home as much as we do!

The Red Door Retreat is part of Our Shangra la LLC. We overlook the Circle Bar Golf course. Quiet, water features on four sides. 6 month creek flows into the North Fork of the Willamette. Tree frog pond and waterfall in the Grape arbor. We put up our own grape juice. Heated Exercise Pool with a current also enclosed to keep the pool area pleasant. A HOT SPRINGS hot tub. Multi car parking. Koi and frog pond. A Treehouse with stairs and adult swing set.

The closest access to the river is only 10 mins away at Matson Park! After a day of exploring, enjoy your hot tub with a wooded view or stargaze by the shared fire pit. The Aloha House is located just above the University and only 1.5 miles from downtown Ashland. Nestled up a hill in the forest, you'll be transported to your own little private resort-like getaway with stunning views, architectural design that brings the outdoors in, and ample space for dining and entertaining poolside. The property consists of two separate studios (both included) connected by a unique outdoor living space with a seasonal pool, spa, outdoor shower, bar & BBQ, and more!

Park-like setting; Rogue River premier property. Use the Octagon Studio to enjoy the luxuries of the property or as a home base for the many amenities in the Rogue Valley. Bring the whole family or use it as a private get away. Bedroom has a bunk bed that sleeps up to 3 people. The queen bed by the hot tub and pool sleeps 2 (privacy curtains). There is 1 couch and 1 futon. In addition to the pool and kitchen, there is an indoor fire pit, ping pong and foos ball, outdoor deck, yard (games bocci and croquet). One room with toilet/sink and one with shower/dressing area. VCR/DVD on two TVs, internet on 3rd.

NO CLEANING FEE! Large 24 ft yurt located on our 5 acre property. Gorgeous views to the west. Includes a king size bed, and queen sofa bed. Located in Applegate Valley. Many fabulous wineries nearby. We're 6 miles south of downtown Grants Pass, and 2 miles north of Murphy. Enjoy the hot tub under the stars, or catch a spectacular sunset. It's all good! Please note: Well behaved, non destructive children are welcome.
