This unit has everything you need and was comfortable. With kids, it was nice to have the extra space that a hotel room can’t provide. It’s 10ish minutes out of town which was fine for us, especially with added traffic in town the weekend of our stay because of a large event. It’s at the end of the road in a really neat neighborhood. The kids LOVED counting eight deer on our way out one morning. We would stay again!

Joy's place is such a lovely and peaceful retreat! You can really tell how much love and attention she has put into making it special. It's quiet and absolutely beautiful. Plus, the river is just a short walk from her place —perfect for a little adventure!

The sky loft was perfect for my needs. I noted it was well suited for babies and toddlers. It would have been nice to enjoy the Sky Loft Deck, however the weather was not ideal and I wasn’t there for entertainment, just a place to sleep. It also felt very safe. The hosts were wonderful and very responsive,

This was a gorgeous and cozy retreat. The space was very clean and comfortable and the hot plate worked well for cooking simple things. Well stocked little kitchen and I really appreciated the air conditioning since there was a heat wave during my stay. Most of all I loved the private feel of the space and the picture windows overlooking beautiful madrone trees. And it was just minutes from the East Applegate Ridge Trail, with dramatic and iconic views at every turn. I would love to stay again.

Janet and Jeff are outstanding hosts and their rental space was absolutely perfect for what we needed - surrounded by nature, scenic, and private. We really enjoyed spending mornings at the outside table having breakfast and birding. They are such friendly and generous people and they made us feel right at home. We really appreciated the welcome note, bottle of wine, and freshly picked roses. The space is immaculate and very stylish and comfortable. We liked walking around the property and exploring a bit. I highly recommend this spot and I can't wait to come back. Oh, and being welcomed to the rental space by Pete the Cat was the cherry on top!

My stay at Amy’s studio was straightforward, easy, comfortable, and convenient. Everything from start to finish was organized and communicated thoughtfully and clearly. The space was simple, spacious, clean and comfortable. It was one of the most easeful airbnb stays I have ever had. Thank you Amy!

Christy was a truly amazing host. She took a personal interest in helping my daughter learn her way around the area and planning her move to Bend. We can't thank her enough for the kindness and hospitality she showed. She is a wonderful person who enjoys sharing her beautiful home with others.

The hosts have a great, comfortable space in a quiet, out of the way neighborhood. Jenni was great to communicate with and was accommodating when we had to cut our stay short by a day.

Beautiful place to stay, serene and simple. Private space attached to a home felt very sustainable for more than a single nights stay, was perfect for an evening in.

The location was within easy walking distance to Lithia Park, downtown and the theaters. The Summer’s Night Cottage was very comfortable and Eric, our host was helpful, friendly, and accommodating. He was responsive and very proactive to ensure that we had everything we needed. He provided information about local restaurants and stores. We will definitely stay here again if it is available. Linda’s place worked out perfect for us while visiting a family member in Dexter. May must be one of the most beautiful months of the year to stay there as the Rhododendrons on her property were in full bloom, all in different colors! And the surrounding rolling hills were a gorgeous grassy green! It was extremely quiet. We had a great nights sleep in the comfy bed. Her photos show an accurate description of the studio and it had everything we needed. We will be back!

Kylie was amazing. So easy to communicate with and super friendly. Felt like chatting with a friend. She was responsive and helped with any questions we had.

Very comfortable and easy… just what I was looking for. Private entry with clear directions made for easy check in. Plants and flowers surrounded the outdoor patio made it aesthetically pleasing. I had a great stay at this Airbnb. Theresa was very responsive and even accommodated our late check-in, which was much appreciated. The space was more spacious than it looked in the pictures, which was a nice surprise. The flexibility of the place was also a plus. I’d definitely consider staying here again.

This was one of the best places we have stayed at with AirBnB. Eileen was very friendly and her place was lovely. Beautiful landscaping and peaceful surroundings. Decorated nicely with every nook and cranny filled with beautiful but functional furniture. The perfect place for two people in town to explore Eugene. Close to Autzen Stadium.

What a beautiful estate to spend the weekend. Every consideration was made to make us feel at home and welcome us. All the amenities were top shelf. Been staying at AirBnB’s a long time and this one sits right at the top.

Wonderful place to stay, larger than expected! Easy to find entrance to studio. Comfortable, firm bed great for those of us with back issues, TV available to sign into any streaming service you have. There is an overhead fan that helped keep us cool during our stay and there is AC in the studio, which is controlled by the main house. It was a good temperature for us, but the fan was key! More than ample closet and kitchen storage space and it is ideally set up for even more kitchen potential, an induction plate could really expand the possibilities! Nice, big shower and heated tiles added a nice touch. It would be nice to have a couple more big towels as two were provided, but with the in unit laundry we made it work! Would recommend to anyone for a quick trip to Bend!

I booked this stay for only a few days but I wished I booked it for the full 2 weeks I was out in grants pass. nice quiet neighborhood and everything you need is close by

If I could take Donja and her home with me for all the stops on my trip, I would! It was a comfortable, clean place with stunning views, and she was so kind.

Karin's Stone's Throw Bungalow offered a private, quiet, comfortable, clean, relaxed space that was close (1/2 mile walk down neighborhood streets) to a wonderful, local coffee shop for our morning coffee (restaurants, theatres, and shops were nearby also). She provided us with wonderful towels and sheets, as well as a goodie assortment that included locally baked goods, wine and fruit that lasted our entire stay. Thank you, Karin and Guy!! We look forward to staying at the bungalow on our next trip to Ashland.
