You will find a 65 m² flat plus 20 m² terrace, sunny and clean in mediteranean style. The Klopferbacherl flows at the foot of the property and the park offers a spacious children's playground in addition to a pub pool.

The apartment is situated in a quiet neighborhood about 2 kilometers from the city center of Regensburg. The beautiful historical old part of the city can best be reached by bus (3 bus lines headed for the city are only a couple of minutes from the apartment).
