Beautiful, quiet and bright apartment with terrace and private entrance. Through the separate outdoor entrance you can reach the apartment in the basement of the house. It offers a living room with dining table, chairs and kitchen and an exit to the terrace. In the hallway there is a wardrobe and plenty storage space. The bathroom comes with a shower, toilet as well as a large washbasin. Directly attached (without a door) is the bedroom with 1.40m bed and wardrobe.

Im Haus ist das Flair der 50er Jahren erhalten. Es ist idyllisch gelegen, umgeben von Grün und trotzdem mitten im Ort. Man kann wunderbar abschalten, mit flexibler Ausstattung für kreative Prozesse auch in kleinen Gruppen. Für die Gäste ist das 1. und 2. Stockwerk reserviert und übers Treppenhaus verbunden. Im Erdgeschoss habe ich meine Atelierräume.

Historisches Apartement Südbalkon

Das zental gelegenes Apartement mit Südbalkon befindet sich in einem ehemaligen Gerberhaus, stammt aus der zweiten Hälfte des 18. Jahrhunderts. Spätmittelalterische Einbindung, offene Bebauung mit malerischen Ortscharakter. In der Unterkunft befindet sich ein Doppelbett und ein Schlafsofa.
