Welcome to the south of Stuttgart! The apartment - on the 5th floor with a wonderful view over Stuttgart's south - is very quiet and located near Marienplatz. Public transport and restaurants can be reached quickly. The Marienhospital is about 10 minutes away on foot. Apartment is fully equipped. Via the “Erwin-Schoettle-Platz” stop (8 minutes on foot from the apartment) you can take the subway to the city center in 4 minutes. Quick connection to the motorway and to the musicals (Si-Centrum).

Within walking distance of the city center in a quiet street is this small room (13 m²), furnished according to the British model, in a guest house with a total of 6 rooms. It offers a high-quality double box-spring bed, wardrobe, table and chair, "hospitality tray," a flat-screen TV and of course high-speed Wi-Fi as well as a modern, private small bathroom. Not far from the property there is a good bakery, several cafes, an organic shop and good restaurants as well as nice little shops.

Sehr gute Anbindung an die Innenstadt (U1, U9). In ca. 5 Min. ist man im Zentrum von Stuttgart, gleichzeitig ist der Wald, die Natur nur 2 "Stäffele" (Treppen) vom Haus entfernt. Durch die Halbhöhenlage hat man einen sehr schönen Blick über die Stadt. Unser Haus wird von uns als Familie mit vier Personen bewohnt.

Centrally located in a quiet residential neighborhood. 3 min. walk to the Stadtbahn [suburban railway] and 22 min. to the center of Stuttgart. Self check-in/out is possible using the keybox. Fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, smart TV with Netflix, washing machine. The apartment is used exclusively by our guests. All necessary shopping can be done on foot. Free public parking is available next to the house.

Unsere Unterkunft liegt an einem Südosthang in der Nähe von Waldgebiet, dennoch citynah (10 Min. zur Innenstadt). Zur Universität kommt man mit dem Bus in 8 Min.! Man liebt unsere Unterkunft wegen der Lage, der Ruhe, des Ausblicks und der Atmosphäre im sanierten Künstlerhaus. Unsere Unterkunft ist gut für alleinreisende Ruhesuchende, Geschäftsreisende und kulturinteressierte Paare, leider nicht für Kinder. Parkplätze in der Nähe des Hauses kostenfrei. Superhost seit langem!

Es verfügt über eine komplett eingerichtete Küche, Wohn- und Schlafbereich, Bad, einen langen Flur und großen Kleiderschrank. Zusätzlich liegen Handtücher und Bettwäsche bereit. Ein Internetzugang steht ebenso zur Verfügung. Das Apartment liegt ca. 10 min zu Fuß von der Stuttgarter Stadtmitte und ca. 4 min zu Fuß von der S-Bahn-Haltestelle Schwabstraße entfernt.

Therefore, it is also perfect for a longer stay. The south-facing balcony with beach chair invites you to sunbathe with views over the city. Double beds (180 x 200, 160 x 200). The apartment has a steep staircase and is therefore unsuitable for children under 6 years of age.
