Via the “Erwin-Schoettle-Platz” stop (8 minutes on foot from the apartment) you can take the subway to the city center in 4 minutes. Quick connection to the motorway and to the musicals (Si-Centrum).

Very well connected to downtown (U1, U9, U34). In about 5 min. you are in the center of Stuttgart, at the same time the forest, nature is only 2 "Stäffele" (stairs) away from the house. Due to the mid-altitude, you have a very nice view over the city. Our house is inhabited by us as a family with four people.

You love our place because of the location, the peace, the views and the atmosphere in the freshly renovated artist house. Our place is good for traveling alone peace seekers, business travelers, and couples, unfortunately, not for kids.
