Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Tegernsee

Even the greeting by Pauline conveyed a good feeling of being welcome. It was like staying with friends.

Accommodation was very nice. It was a little warm, but there were also two fans. The facility was great. Everything was clean. Nothing was missing. Hosts were very kind and accommodating. We were on the road a lot and it was always pleasant to come back to the accommodation. Very cozy.

We had a wonderful time with Maria in Geißach! The lovingly expanded Alpine-style hut is a real gem – very well maintained, cozy and idyllically located at the end of a hermitage. We especially liked the quiet location on the mountain, surrounded by orchards, where you can sit in the shade and watch the calves. The amenities were excellent, especially for our little son: baby travel cot, high chair and even a stair gate – everything was available and in the best condition. Despite the quiet location, you can reach Aldi or DM in a few minutes by car, and the area also offers many beautiful excursion options. Maria was a very warm hostess, with whom you immediately feel welcome. We will be happy to come back!

Her place was great and it accommodated 5 Adults and 3 children very well! We were extremely pleased!

With one laughing and one wistful eye, we look back on our stay with Georg and Gisela. Nostalgic, because time passed too quickly and we could have stayed forever... A week was simply too short! Laughing, because it was so beautiful and we are already looking forward to our next visit to Waltersberg. We can only agree with all the previous great reviews. Georg and Gisela are wonderful hosts, as they could not be better: attentive, warm, helpful and in short people to like. The house was charming, cozy, sparkling clean and well-equipped as expected, the beautiful garden very idyllic, full of flowers and well maintained, the charming surroundings and the short distances to the most beautiful mountain and lake landscapes are worth a trip anyway. Beautiful, spacious house, well-equipped kitchen, everything you need. We were there with 7 adults and 3 toddlers. Large, beautiful garden, unfortunately little used, as it rained a lot.

We had a great stay at Marina & Max! The apartment is very clean and well equipped. In the kitchen, everything you need in kitchen utensils is available (including a small coffee machine). There was a dishwasher & an oven (which is not a given). The bathroom is spacious with a large shower. There was also a washing machine. In the living room there was a large tv. The area is very quiet, but still very easy to reach by car. The hosts are very kind and very responsive to messages. We felt very comfortable there!

We had a great holiday here! You feel immediately arrived and nothing is missing, everything is very clean and prepared with a lot of love, it doesn't get any better! The highlight is of course the large heated pool. The town of Rott was also the perfect starting point for many excursions in the area and you can find everything you need there as well as many beautiful restaurants. We had, together with the family (which was accommodated in the large apartment next door), spent a nice Easter weekend at Agnes's place. Of course, the highlights were the goats, the donkeys and the dog as well as the trampoline outside for the younger guests. Check-in was uncomplicated, the surroundings great. The apartment itself looks as described. Personally, it would probably be a bit too tight for me for a longer stay, especially if you want to be active in the kitchen yourself. Since we are always over in the big apartment for this, that was no problem. Agnes + family are very warm hosts and we can recommend a stay.

Great place to stay in a quiet location. We enjoyed the morning view of the lake and the tranquility very much. The accommodation was cozy, clean and the terrace a great place to relax. Only the WLAN connection was partially a bit "fragile", but we were on vacation and everything else was convincing! Thanks a lot!

Franz and Astrid are very kind and accommodating hosts. We were warmly welcomed and everything was well explained (apartment, pool and sauna). We have received many good tips for activities in the region. In the pine bedroom, you could sleep very well. There were four of us with our two dogs, who also felt very comfortable. The farm is located in a quiet area that invites you to relax. Definitely highly recommended ❤️👍

We are "repeat offenders" and have now been to this beautiful apartment on the Halblech for the third time. As always, everything was wonderful - the apartment is sooo beautiful and cozy and the location is simply unique. We have undertaken several bike tours, to the Ammergebirge, to the Wieskirche, to the lakes - all from the apartment. The beautiful natural perennial garden can be used and every day Mietzi, the neighbor cat, visited us for cuddling. Simply perfect! And on top of that, the apartment and the house belong to two very nice and warm people :-)

Renate‘s place is a true gem! it’s a beautiful space and one can feel the love and care put in to make this a home. the are is beautiful - close enough to munich for an easy trip with train or bike, and far enough to be peaceful. Renate was a fabulously friendly and accommodating host, who made us feel part of the community!

The accommodation is easily accessible from the train station and is quietly located. The apartment was clean, everything necessary is available and is pleasantly furnished. I had a very nice time in Herrsching.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Andrea's home, and it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warmth and hospitality. The space was not only beautifully decorated but also impeccably clean and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—quiet yet conveniently close to local attractions and amenities. I particularly enjoyed the cozy atmosphere and the lovely views from the windows. Andrea was a fantastic host, always available to answer questions and provide recommendations, which made my trip even more enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend staying at Andrea's home. It truly felt like a home away from home, and I can’t wait to return!

We spent two nights at Andrea‘s place. The place was as described in the listing and was perfectly clean and in a great location. Andrea and her husband were very friendly and were available to address our questions. The apartment had all the necessary amenities and the view out of the balcony is great to enjoy a glass of wine after a long day mountainous hike. We would love to stay again with them in future :)

We were there for two nights and felt comfortable right away. Large living area. Especially with children really great. It couldn't have been better ☺️

A truly excellent find. The accommodation is very well equipped and comfortable with amazing views and sunsets it is easy to understand why our hosts feel privileged to live there. Indeed our hosts were remarkably generous, kind and helpful and gave us great ideas on what to do. If we are lucky enough to return to the area we know where we would like to stay. Wonderful apartment with a view of Neuschwanstein and deer in the grass field. Good base for sightseeing and walks through the hills

We had a very good stay, the environment is very peaceful, great if you want to spend a quiet stay near nature and visit Munich. Please note, there is a 20-minute walk between the accommodation and the train station, the only downside :-)

The birdsong wakes you up in the morning and you drink your first coffee on the balcony overlooking the greenery while the water splashes in the pond. We had a wonderful stay in Johanna's green oasis. The apartment is chicly furnished with great colors and tasteful decoration. The kitchen is also very well equipped - sharp knives and well-preserved utensils. Work functions with the existing Wi-Fi most of the time. Munich is less than 30 minutes away by car.

The apartment was great, visually and the amenities were very good. The location to Lake Starnberg was also very suitable for us.

The apartment is well located for both hiking in the surrounding area and access into Innsbruck. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. The private outdoor terrace had tremendous views and was south facing yet still secluded. Small, well appointed supermarket 10 minutes walk away. Overall I would highly recommend.

The place is beautiful. In addition to the impressive view, the apartment is excellently equipped and we immediately felt at home. Overall, also very quiet, with numerous possibilities for activities in the area. Communication with the host was straightforward and very friendly. We will be happy to come back!
