Holiday rentals with a fire pit in The Gulch, Nashville

Music Row Villa was ideal for our family of three. With two en suites upstairs, our adult son had his space, and we did, too. The full sized washer and dryer came in handy as we had travelled from another location. We also appreciated being able to walk to music venues and amazing restaurants. The home is extremely well stocked. Gracious, responsive host!

When we first stepped in, we were welcomed by music and scent diffuser. This is one of the most stunning and well decorated spaces I’ve ever seen. All of the amenities were super luxurious. We will never forget how insanely comfortable the bed and couch were. The bed was literally like sleeping on a cloud, which is perfect after a long day out on Broadway. It also is only an 8 minute drive to Broadway. We can’t wait to stay here again.

We LOVED it! The location was wonderful! Close enough to downtown, but a nice quiet area. We took Lyft most places in the evening just for ease. But in all reality, we didn't need to leave! The pool, the hot tub! The whole area was wonderful!

Such a beautiful home they have made. The space was quaint , modern and safe. Will gladly Stay again!

Great location for family! Close to 12 south even easy to walk with people that may have trouble walking far.

We really enjoyed our stay in Nashville! Barb was a very responsive host when we had questions and even sent a handyman within the hour when one of the smoke detectors was acting up. The house has great amenities and was set up perfect for our group. The beds were very comfortable and I would definitely recommend staying at this house as it was great for our larger group of 11.

The house was exactly how it was described. It was very clean neat it was perfect for our stay 10 minute Uber to Broadway where all the Honkytonk bars are at and plenty of restaurants in walking distance of the house. Sarah was very responsive and describe the place as it was when we showed up. Thank you again for the great experience of renting your house.

excellent Airbnb. I was here for a conference and was within walking distance to the venue. there were also many nearby restaurants and coffee shops. easy to enter and check in. highly recommend!

I can't say enough good things about this Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and communicative, making sure we had everything we needed for a smooth check-in and a great stay. The space itself was even better than the photos. It was bright, cozy, and stylish with thoughtful details that made it stand out and feel extra special. The living area was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Nashville. The kitchen was well-equipped, and we loved having the option to cook a few meals during our trip. Location-wise, this place couldn’t have been better. It’s just a short drive or even walk to downtown Nashville, so we were able to easily explore Broadway, enjoy amazing restaurants, and check out local venues. Plus, the neighborhood was peaceful and safe, which made us feel even more relaxed. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in town! Highly recommend this spot to anyone

Our group of 8 stayed here and it was perfect. Super closed to Broadway, just down the road to some of the best bars! The place was comfortable, couch area seats so many, kitchen is well stocked to be able to cook full meals. The access to BBQ and pool area was awesome but does fill up on the weekends. The host is super responsive and answered all questions asap. Staff in the building is courteous soo friendly. Great spot!

My friends and I had a great time at this Airbnb. The BEST thing about this spot is the location. Super walkable to heart of Broadway, shopping, restaurants. You don’t need a car if you stay here. It’s a lot of folks staying in this building so around check out time the elevators can be slow. If you’re not carrying stuff you can easily take the stairs. We had 3 people each person has their own bed! The fridge has an ice maker! Parking a car is extra fee so consider that in your budget. I’ll DEFINITELY stay here again when I’m back to Nashville 🙌🏾

We loved this little place. Spacious, neat as a pin, floor plan was great. Location walkable to Broadway Honkeytonks, restaurants, etc. We would stay again in a heartbeat. The bed was firmly comfortable. The decor was simple and uncluttered.

Zach is a fantastic host! He was always so quick to respond and accommodating. Check in was easy, his instructions were very clear. We even got to check in early which was awesome! The space is clean, it has what you need. Next time I would bring a few extra blankets with me. Zach even had bought the coffee creamer we preferred which was a very kind thing to do. Just a note to people staying - the bed is a full size so may be small for some, but Zach did offer to have an air mattress all set up prior to our arrival if needed! Location is great, super close to Broadway you could walk if you wanted. Overall had a great trip and would recommend/stay here again!

This unit was in an amazing location, just a short walk to Broadway and the Gulch! When we had a minor issue with the shower, Harmony and Brian responded quickly and had it fixed within a few hours. Their communication was excellent throughout the check-in process, and they were incredibly accommodating when our concert was postponed, helping us extend our stay without any hassle. This cottage is very special !! Everything you need for a great stay is there plus extras !! We only had two night stay but we would have loved to stay longer. We love visiting Nashville and now found a new place to stay . We will definitly contact Cory first .

My friends and I absolutely loved our stay. The living room and kitchen space were perfect for slow mornings with coffee and cooking big group dinners at night. (There is a grocery store minutes away that came in clutch.) The back porch is a dream. The view is unreal and the natural surroundings are so peaceful. The beds were all comfortable and we left feeling so rested!

The cabin was perfect and just what we needed! Beautiful, peaceful surroundings and very well kept. Stuart was great with communication and was so friendly. He checked in on us to make sure we had what we needed. It was the perfect little getaway!

LOVED THIS! Only reason we have one area 4 stars was due to it being so secluded. If you’re looking to uber to broadway Im not sure this would be ideal, however it was beautiful and so peaceful is totally come here again. Thanks for everything :)

Our Midwestern family of 4 + pups usually heads to a coast every summer, and we usually look for somewhere unique to spend the night and break up the drive. This was absolutely one of the coolest stays we've had! The house is adorable, so eclectic from Grace's fabulous art, to all the musical trinkets sprinkled about. Beds were super cozy, beautiful porch, just felt right at home. The best part... we got to meet Grace and she gave us a personal tour of all her special animals! We held baby peacocks and chickens, pet and brushed donkeys, so cool! She also gave us a tour of her art studio. She was just so kind and personable. If you love art, music and animals THIS is your place. We will be back next time passing through the Nashville area!

This was not our first visit, and hopefully will not be our last. Close enough to plenty of options for dining, shopping, exploring, and just far enough to get away from it all. If opportunity allows, definitely make time to meet the host. East of Meacham Cabin is a breath of fresh air.

The cottage and its lush surroundings was even better than described. Immediately upon arrival we all knew we wouldn’t want to leave! It’s very private and embedded in a fairytale-like forest with views from every window, especially the master bedroom. We awoke to birds singing, enjoyed coffee and conversation on the large wrap porch, took little hikes thru the woods. While checking out antiques in Leipers Fork we met American Pickers’ Mike Wolf, who lives nearby, and he recommended Fox & Locke for lunch. He was right - it was delicious! We ventured into Franklin for more exploration and found the Dortch Stove Works factory which is being converted to shops, dining and theater venues. We loved the long rolling drive to/from the cottage as well as variety of foliage. It was absolutely beautiful, inside and outside, and it was secluded which met our needs! I slept better than I have in a very long time. Thank you!

This place was amazing! It was quiet, close to Nashville and had all the great amenities. If you like golf it’s definitely the place for you. Patrick was very accommodating and responded timely. Fire wood was chopped and ready if you wanted to have a small bonfire. Plenty of golf club selections. Deer roamed the property frequently. Overall it was a great space. 10/10
