Open-space design apt in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Una mansarda, all’interno di un fienile seicentesco a 1500 mt, affacciata sulle montagne e ristrutturata nel 2023 con legni antichi e pietre locali. L’appartamento si compone di una zona pranzo con cucina attrezzata, oltre ad un grande soggiorno con camino e ampio divano-letto, un comodo bagno con doccia ed un “rifugio” con 2 ulteriori posti letto. Die modern eingerichtete Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss unseres kleinen Einfamilienhauses und strahlt Tiroler Gemütlichkeit aus. Der wunderschöne Blick von Wohnbereich und Terrasse aus über die Felder Achenkirchs, direkt auf das Rofangebirge und die Seekarspitze, erleichtert das Fallenlassen vom Alltagsstress und lädt zum Genießen und Entspannen ein. Der Achensee, als größter See Tirols, ist 2 km entfernt, das Skigebiet ist fußläufig erreichbar, der Golfplatz liegt in 1 km Entfernung.

Ruhige, stilvolle Unterkunft mitten in den Tiroler Bergen. Die Wohnung ist neu ausgestattet und urige Elemente wie der Holzofen von Uroma oder die Tiroler Stube sorgen für Gemütlichkeit und besondere Urlaubsstunden. Der Blick auf die Berge und frische Bergluft sorgen für sofortige Entspannung. Die Umgebung bietet sowohl Sommer wie Winter schöne Momente und allerlei Möglichkeiten. Die zentrale Lage wird besonders geschätzt (ca 5 km von Wattens und Autobahn entfernt).

Alles Comfortappartement, Beim diesem Appartementpreis ist keine Premiumcard includiert Kurtaxe wir vor Ort berechnet €3,50 pro Person pro Nacht im Sommer. Von Jänner bis Februar werden unsere Appartements nur von Samstag bis Samstag vermietet. Sie können die Bilder der Appartements auf meiner Homepage ansehen. Frühstück können Sie vor Ort mit buchen. €20 pro Person pro Tag. Das Waschen und Trocknen der Wäsche kostet pro Waschgang €10 und ist nicht kostenfrei.

Apartment 16 cityview

The cozy Apartment 16 is located in Karneid/Cornedo all'Isarco, near Bolzano/Bozen and is a great starting point for exploring both the city as well as South Tyrol's beautiful mountains. The 50m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), satellite television, a baby bed and a highchair.

Surrounded by forest, mountains, pastures and old farms, the secluded vacation apartment at the idyllic Gallhof farm at 1230m, with a view of the city of Bolzano in South Tyrol, invites you to enjoy a relaxing vacation in nature. The traditionally and modernly furnished vacation apartment has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bedroom and a bathroom and thus offers space for 2 people. Der Moandl Hof ist seit über 100 Jahren im Besitz der Familie Goller. Traditionell leben wir von der Milchwirtschaft und mit Dezember 2016 bieten wir in unserem neu errichteten Bauernhaus erstmals auch Urlaub auf dem Bauernhof an.
