Our apartment (about 50 square meters) is located on the edge of the small village of Geschwend, in the Todtnau holiday region. Geschwend has about 450 inhabitants. The place is good for 2-4 people. Our accommodation is very quiet on a small stream at the edge of the forest. 20 meters away is a wonderful cross-country ski trail. A hiking trail (Lebküchlerweg) leads directly past the house to the waterfalls. Approx. 1 km. Ideal for relaxing and forgetting about everyday life. For motorcycles or bicycles, you are welcome to use the garage. Another person can come on request.

The Hierholzer Weiher is a habitat for dragonflies, water insects, spawning place of numerous frogs and summer meeting place for locals and their guests. The chalet/wooden house with large roof overhang, conservatory and balcony towards the pond provides 65m² in 3.5 rooms. The property with 1000m² of west slope is sunny.
