At the Terrace of Tomasi of Lampedusa

Fantastic apartment located on the main floor of the House that was the Prince of Lampedusa, author of "Il Gattopardo". The fully restored apartment is located in the historical center of Palermo, surrounded by the major museums and theaters of the city. The entrance leads to the living room connected to the fully equipped kitchen-living room. Both rooms overlook the large terrace with pool. The apartment continues with 3 double bedrooms with a.c. and 2 bathrooms.

Casa Villea - Big terrace with sea view

Casa Villea is a newly renovated apartment on the first floor of our house. As its access goes through an outside staircase leading directly to your terrace, you will have complete privacy during your stay. Situated halfway between Palermo and Cefalu Inside you will find a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a large living room with a sofa bed for two (a sliding wall allows to privatize the night area), a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a 30m2 terrace with a sea view.

House with large private garden and swimming pool a few meters from the beach and train station. The house, on two floors, is equipped with every appliance as well as a private parking lot. On the lower floor is the kitchen, a bathroom and a living area while on the upper part there are four bedrooms and a bathroom. It is located about 150 meters from the beach, which can be accessed free of charge, and 5.7 km from Cefalù, which can be easily reached by train!

The Lemon Garden

The house is located within an estate planted with olive trees and citrus groves, ideal for those who want to be in touch with nature without giving up the conveniences of a town. On the approximately 10-hectare estate, there are two Corso dogs accustomed to roaming and interacting with guests. If you're not comfortable with dogs, this is not the accommodation for you. The pool is shared with my family and will be accessible starting in May.

The villa is located only 3 km far from Castellammare del Golfo and consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms with tub and shower and a laundry room, large dining room, a kitchen and a very large and beautiful Heated swimming pool with hydro-massage . The swimming pool, with a beautiful view on the sea, is always open but it is heated from MARCH TO NOVEMBER. it works very well when the outdoor temperature is more then 15 degrees.
