On 160 m², the apartment offers three separate bedrooms as well as an additional open sleeping area on the gallery. The centerpiece: the open, connected eat-in kitchen with a large dining table and adjoining living area with impressive room height. Outside there is a huge terrace with dining area and sofa.

Cozy, self-sufficient tiny house in the countryside

Enjoy nature and the sensational view towards Traunstein, Grünberg and into the distance in the self-sufficient tiny house. Try a more sustainable lifestyle by using resources consciously. Our chickens and 4 dwarf donkeys are located in the slope below/next to the tiny house. In the tiny house, a kitchenette, a bathroom with shower, a loft with double bed and a pull-out couch in the living room await you. In front of the house you can relax comfortably and enjoy the sun.

Garden view living oasis – by the lake

Spacious 75 m² ground floor apartment with small terrace and direct access to the garden – only 250 meters from the lake. Two bedrooms – one with a large double bed, the other with two single beds and a cozy bay window that invites you to read and relax with wing chairs. The bright kitchen with dining area offers direct access to the small terrace overlooking the garden. Here you can start the day with breakfast in the countryside or let it end in peace.

Holiday cottage in Ebensee

Welcome to Ebensee in our rustic holiday hut. Couples, families with children and good friends will find a quiet place to holiday with us. The proximity to the Feuerkogel cable car (4-minute walk) and the Traunsee offers a variety of excursion possibilities. Our cottage is heated exclusively with wood. A basic equipment for living is available. On request we can offer wood for the fireplace. The complete plot is available for well-being.

Our vacation home with sauna and hot tub is located in beautiful Gosau am Dachstein in Upper Austria. The entire width of the living room is glazed and offers a stunning view of the Gosaukamm. The discreet kitchen in the living room has everything you need for cooking. The spacious bedroom can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children.
