Hamdi abi samimiyeti ve ilgisiyle gördüğüm en iyi ev sahibi. En ufak sorunumuzda ya da bir şey lazım olduğunda hemen ilgilendi. Tatilden keyif almamız için elinden geleni yaptı sağolsun. Evde aradığınız her şey var. Konforlu ve mahremiyet imkanı çok iyi. Balkonu ve manzarası fotoğraflardan daha güzel. Heybeliadada tatil yapacaklara kesinlikle burayı tavsiye ediyorum. Hiç düşünmeden rez yaptırın.

5 üzerinden 6 yıldız:) Daire çok zevkli döşenmiş, tatlı ayrıntılarla karakterli ve tüm ihtiyaçları karşılıyor, evden çıkmak istemiyorsunuz. Balkon ve manzara müthiş. Burcu çok sıcak biri ve iyi bir ev sahibi. Kedi Luna bir lokum:)) Lokasyon çok merkezi o yüzden bayramda doğal olarak biraz sokak gürültüsü vardı ama rahatsız etmedi:) Bir çok kafe restoran ve markete çok yakın, büyük avantaj. Heybeli’nin en iyisi olabilir! Tekrar gelmeyi planlıyorum🫶🌸

The house was great and has a wonderful view.

Le logement que propose Baris est génial et parfait pour des vacances dans les montagnes en turquie. La maison est incroyable et parfaitement propre. La localisation est très intéressante car le lieu est d’un calme très agréable (montagne) qui permet de voir des paysages magnifiques. D’autre part les commodités sont très proches et les lieux touristiques également. L’hôte est de très bon conseil. En bref n’hésitez pas vous ne serez pas déçu !

Absolutely LOVED our stay at Kalamar 7. It’s located in Kalkan, but a 35 minute walk from the main “street” and old town. Walk in has a few hills both up and down, but this is pretty much how all of Kalkan is. 20 minutes from a supermarket and first few restaurants. We loved being on the very edge of Kalkan, so peaceful and secluded. We walked in and out each day, but saw lots of taxi drop offs too. The property is located in a smallish complex with other larger properties and has a beautiful aesthetic. The villa was so private, spotlessly clean, beautiful furnishings, excellent air con, well equipped kitchen , fantastic shower, a BBQ, great outdoor furniture. Initially I thought pool would be too small but it was perfect. The view stunning. 100 metres down is direct access to the sea and sun loungers. Absolute highlight to have a pool and sea access in this way and private pool area not overlooked. Man who greeted us and maintained how clean outside space was super friendly. 5star.

Mustafa is the most wonderful host. He made us feel at home, cooked for us and tended to all our needs. The place was absolutely stunning and the views breathtaking even though it was rainy and misty. The best thing to do is bring your food supplies with you and cook so you’re self sufficient. That way you don’t need to drive on country roads and can just walk in the area. Follow the river upstream! We had an amazing few days and will be back for longer next time!

Ayvalıklıyım ve ilk kez ayvalığa geldim çok uzun zamandır favorilerimde Kübra Hanımın evi vardı ve bir gün gidersem mutlaka bu evi istiyorum demiştim ki öyle de kısmet oldu. İnanılmaz memnun kaldık ailecek.Sanki senelerdir tanıdığımız bir aile dostumuza misafirliğe gitmişiz gibi hissettik. Evin konumu her yere yürüme mesafesinde ve cıvıl cıvıl. Tatil esnasında ablam rahatsızlandığı için yakın hastane için bilgi istedim kendisinden hem hastane konusunda yardımcı oldu hemde her gün yakından ilgilenip sordu bu inanılmaz değerli bir şey. Bunun dışında çevreki tüm esnaflar çok güleryüzlü ve yardımsever. Evde neye ihtiyacınız varsa mevcut sadece bavulunuzu ve kişisel eşyalarınızı alıp gidin yeterli ve ev tertemiz. Ayrıca kişisel bir tavsiye vermek isterim , köşedeki Mahzen şarap evinde mutlaka şarap ve peynir tabağı eşliğinde canlı müzik keyfi yapmadan dönmeyin. Kısacası her şey mükemmeldi Kübra hanım’ın evinde konaklamaksa en mükemmeliydi. Her şey için teşekkür ederim.

It was an amazing stay.the view in the living room was breathtaking in the morning and during the night. everything is available at the apartment. a very great location. You can find whatever you need around it. The only downside is that the elevator does not work so you will have to drag your suitcases up and bring them down. I really enjoyed my stay with my friends.

I just spent 11 days at Missy's Breathtaking Bosphorus View Place with Private Terrace, and I’m still thinking about that view. The apartment sits high above the city, making every sunrise and every boat crossing the Bosphorus feel like a private show. Now, let’s talk about the hill—it’s no joke. Walking up and down every day felt like a mini workout (okay, sometimes a full workout), but it became part of the adventure. There’s something satisfying about earning that incredible view at the top. Just bring good shoes and attack it "slow and steady" The apartment is clean, quiet, and thoughtfully designed—perfect for relaxing after long days in Istanbul. Missy was a great host—responsive and helpful throughout. This isn’t just a place to stay—it’s a place to feel. I’d go back in a heartbeat.

The view was amazing and the apartment quite comfortable. The location made access to sites and restaurants very convenient. Would definitely recommend Arya’s place for a couple travelling to tour Istanbul.

Bedirhan was an extremely excellent host he was one of the best Airbnb hosts that I have ever met. he arranged for airport transport which was extremely helpful for my family of four and two luggages each person. he was there to meet us at the Airbnb to help us with our luggage and to show us in and give us a home tour. this was very helpful because Istanbul is very congested and I doubt I would have been able to find the apartment building myself. anytime there was an issue he was extremely responsive and was able to actually come to the home itself and resolve it himself. if it was something that he could not resolve he was able to call a technician who was able to come in within a few hours. he also helped us arrange for airport transport back to the airport even though me and my family were flying on separate flights. the view in the Airbnb is very much like the photos and the B&B is an extremely good value considering the view as well as the area that we were in.

First of all, this space is STUNNING!! So comfortable, with a gorgeous view! Hasan was attentive, helpful and quick to respond with any of our needs. I would highly recommend this Airbnb during your time in Istanbul.

المسكن كان في غاية الروعة و الاطلاله على البسفور لا تقارن باي مكان اخر في اسطنبول ، كانت تجربة جميلة ، السكن يقع بالدور الرابع يوجد مصعد المبنى هادئ و المنطقة هادئة ولكن تقع على منحدر ويوجد قبل المصعد ٦ درجات ،، في النهاية انصح بها وبشدة و ساعيد التجربة

Super Host! Von Anfang bis Ende verlief alles reibungslos. Das ist eine tolle Unterkunft mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht! Wir kommen wieder! Danke Zafer!

Great location close to the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. Fantastic views to the Blue Mosque from one balcony and Sea of Marmara the other way. We only had a day and a half to spend in Istanbul after a backpacking trip in Central Asia, so we wanted to fit in as much as possible. Ali suggested a range of sights and booked a boat trip on the Bosphorus for us. He also organised airport transfers and helped with our (very heavy) bags. The flat was clean and we had no issues during our stay.

Konaklamamız harikaydı! Ev, ilandaki fotoğraflardan bile daha güzel ve tertemizdi. Tüm ihtiyaçlarımız düşünülmüştü, detaylara verilen özen gerçekten çok hoşumuza gitti. Lokasyon da oldukça merkezi ve manzara balkon muhteşem , hem rahatlatıcı hem de ulaşımı kolay bir deneyim oldu. Ev sahibi çok ilgili ve misafirperverdi — iletişim her zaman hızlı ve yardımcıydı. Her şey için çok teşekkür ederim

Dilek's place was modern and beautiful with many amenities and we enjoyed our stay. The only thing we found uncomfortable was that the smaller of the two bedrooms was hot and it did not have AC. The larger bedroom and the living room did have AC. We thought to open the window but the window faced the hallway inside the building. Overall it was a great modern apartment and we were happy with our decision to stay there. Dilek was easy to reach and responsive. thank you Dilek!

Gokhan is very kind, responsive host. We traveled with a baby and Gokhan solved our issue where to leave our stroller. On the day of our arrival, the local government cut water supply and Gokhan kindly provided water bottles. Recommended.

Erhan is the perfect host and was both helpful and gracious in his communication with us. Excellent proactive communication and he keyed in on some of our visits. He had additional suggestions of places to see bases on our interests and comments. Highly recommend his beautiful property and fun city!

We had a fantastic stay at Aaron’s place just down the street from Galata Tower! The apartment was full of charm—beautifully designed with exposed brick, large windows, and lots of natural light. The location was perfect: walking distance to great cafes, shops, and public transit, while still feeling peaceful and relaxed. Aaron was a responsive, professional, and friendly host—quick to help with any questions and made us feel very welcome. Check-in was smooth, and the space felt like a true home away from home. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Istanbul!

Der Aufenthalt war einfach großartig! Die Wohnung ist wunderschön eingerichtet – modern, gemütlich und mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die tolle Aussicht über Istanbul und auf den Bosporus, einfach traumhaft! Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen. Awsome apartment and location; we felt very comfortable; actually an absolute recommendation! Only one restriction or important note for all those who have a light sleep: on weekends there is acuh in the courtyard / back of the building a bar with live music - it can be about 1-2 clock therefore still realitv loud in the bedroom (but is good music ;-))

Nesrin Hanım, konaklamamızdan önceki sorularımızı çok hızlı yanıtladı. Konaklamamızda bizleri bizzat karşılayarak evi teslim ettiler. Evde bizi karşılamak için meyve ve ikramlıklar bulundurmaları çok hoş bir sürprizdi. Ev girdiğimizde temizlik kokuyordu ve her yer tertemizdi. Mutfakta her türlü araç ve gereç ayrıca temel malzemeler mevcuttu. Konumu harikaydı ve merkezi konumu sebebi ile yüksek müzik sesi geç saatlere kadar mevcuttu. Konaklamamızı daha rahat geçirebilmemiz için eve kulak tıpası bırakmaları çok nazik ve ince bir düşünce olmuş. Eşim ile birlikte harika bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadık.
