Holiday rentals with a patio in Ulm

Everything was great, beautiful apartments, everything you need is there

We were "unfortunately" only passing through and therefore only one night in Memmingen. We loved the apartment. Very spacious, modernly furnished and everything you need. Check-in worked out great. We always received a quick response and the door code in advance. Upon arrival, we were greeted personally, everything was explained, the underground parking space directly opposite was shown, and we received great restaurant tips. The apartment is centrally located, you can reach everything on foot: supermarket, green area, shops, restaurants and the old town. We slept very well, the bed is very comfortable, you just can't completely darken the SZ. There is no real door to the bathroom, so you should be familiar with each other. You can shower while sitting, but the bathtub is great and there is even shampoo, body lotion, etc. on site. We were even able to have breakfast on the terrace in the backyard, which is totally cute. The kitchen is super equipped.

Had a friendly welcome. Marco was helpful and thought along with what we wanted to do. He came with tips and advice. Had a very pleasant stay.

This is a wonderful penthouse apartment with nice decor and a wonderful rooftop terrace in a beautiful little town. There is no lift in the building, but luckily the building is not too tall. Can recommend to stay here!

We absolutely loved our stay! The apartment is in a peaceful area, spotlessly clean, and beautifully decorated with high-quality furniture. You can really feel the care that went into every detail. What impressed us most was how incredibly well-equipped it is from a shoehorn and umbrella to kitchen spices, and honestly, everything else you could possibly think of. Max and his family are great host, also it felt like a true home away from home. We recommend you to reserve this place!

I spent two nights in this accommodation and am completely thrilled. It was really everything you need - thoughtfully equipped, comfortably furnished and consistent on all levels. I would especially like to highlight the warm contact: The hosts were very friendly, attentive and generous. You can feel that they care about the well-being of their guests. The apartment was comfortable, fully equipped, smelling, and we didn't miss anything. The owners have made every effort to make guests feel at home. Quiet neighborhood, bakery visible from the balcony. I will definitely choose the same apartment for my next stay.

Very pretty place where to stay like at home

very warm welcome, friendly, open hosts. Ambience wonderful. Beautiful hiking trails can be reached in 1 minute from the castle. Very large garden. Very quiet location but excursions in all kinds of directions wonderfully feasible. Swimming lake 10 minutes by car. Anytime again, just beautiful!

We were a family of five with our dog in Lauterburg. The check-in was very easy, the house was super invitingly prepared. Had a really nice time there, only the garden we had imagined larger, was very overgrown and not escape-proof for our dog. But all in all, we were very satisfied.

The address was easy to find and on site there was already a friendly Ukrainian who showed us the house and was available for questions. Both apartments were well appointed and well suited for a weekend stay.

Our family stayed at this beautiful Country cabin type of home for a week during Easter vacation. Sabine and her family were wonderful and helpful and treated us like family. The home and location was perfect for our stay in Germany as it was central to places we wished to visit and see. The elevator, Sauna and ping pong table were fun bonuses. The two vehicle garage was perfect for us and with each room being on its own level and having its own washroom and shower was beneficial, there is no common washroom in the home however this was a minor detail for us. The home was fully equipped with cooking items and cutlery and dishes and has a wine fridge. We enjoyed watching the wildlife from the large windows. The town sits next to the Danube River and has a beautiful Church, its own Bakery and two restaurants/bars as well a sports play area with mini-putt and curling. The next town is 10 mins away which has a Grocery Store. We would love to visit her home again.

There were eight of us and we stayed twice. The rooms are simple but sufficiently equipped. Blackout is not equally possible everywhere. The bathroom is large enough for 2 people at the same time. The kitchen is well equipped. We didn't really use the living and dining room, as we mainly sat outside in the garden. The surrounding area is very quiet and rural. In the morning, you can only hear the birds chirping. Absolutely no traffic noise. A bakery and a Chinese restaurant can be reached in a few minutes' walk. We didn't explore more, because we were in Legoland. Overall, the accommodation is good and inexpensive, everything uncomplicated and in a quiet location. We will be happy to come back.

The stay at the cheese factory was wonderful: there were so many beautiful details to discover, freshly cut rhubarb, a fine herb bed in front of the door, a stubborn hangover and a construction site that could be seen everywhere, how committed and thoughtfully Michaela and Daniel lay the property and the garden and make piece by piece as beautiful as the cheese dairy already is. Michaela is very attentive, she was able to assess me well and had many tips tailored to me (up to a visit to the bakery of the village - thank you to the neighbor who made this possible). This care and attention to detail also runs through the entire place: there is nothing missing, from the bathing soap to the welcome food, from the magic wand to the bedding, has quality and fun here. All in all, I can hardly imagine that you will find a nicer place to stay between Lake Constance and Swabian Alb!

Everything worked out as expected. Overall great experience.

We slept here for 2 nights. The garden was great for the children, a sandpit, swing, trampoline and play cars. The house itself was clean, comfortable and equipped with every comfort. We found it highly recommended, especially in combination with a visit to Legoland.

The city center of Ulm was a 10-minute walk away.

Dear hostess with countless tips for sights in the area. A spotless apartment with all comforts. Would definitely recommend it.

The small, spontaneous break with Jaques and Anne was very relaxed. Despite booking at short notice, check-in was flexible. The apartment is well equipped, beautiful and quiet location and Jaques and Anne are very friendly. I can recommend it without reservation.

Indians don't come to Ulm, but if you do, you should definitely come here. It's so clean and nice!! There's no problem with the feedback and parking if you have a small car
