Holiday rentals with a patio in Unterhaching

Christy fait tout pour bien accueillir ses hôtes. Il y avait des boissons, des friandises, aussi de l'huile, du vinaigre, de thé, du café. j'ai été très contente de trouver un chauffage d'appoint car il faisait encore froid. Le logement est bien situé, des parcs dans les environs, bien desservi par les transports en communs, des supermarchés à proximité. Merci pour tout. Je recommande.

Very nice apartment with everything you need. Balcony in an enchanting setting with horses in the fields. Well located, close enough to the airport without any disturbances and close to Munich. Easy parking. Very helpful people.

El hospedaje estuvo espectacular, diría que las fotos no hacen justicia del todo a lo que realmente es el lugar y el vecindario, ya que estuvo de maravilla. A pesar de estar un poco retirado de todo, nos sirvió para estar tranquilos, relajarnos y desde ahí salir a nuestros destinos de visita. Sin dudarlo volvería nuevamente.

Great location. Pretty unique place. Things that should be mentioned, but should not deter you to stay and are not worth a lower rating. It is a bit tricky to find the place from the main road and from the parking garage. They do have videos posted on YouTube to help you, but the videos move kind of fast and it's still a little hard to find everything, but once you do find it, it's easy from there. The shower is incredibly difficult to get in and out of. The only part of the shower that opens, hits the toilet before it opens all the way. You have to turn sideways to get in and it's a pretty big step up. Be careful when getting out. The location was perfect, very close to Marienplatz. And having the parking garage available was very nice, as well. Great communication from the hosts.

War mein erstes Airbnb und kam bei den beiden super zurecht. War alles sehr einfach und hat bei den beiden von allein funktioniert.

We truly enjoyed our place at the Gallery! It was such a spacious, clean and bright place to stay for our family of 5 (including a baby!). We were able to easily walk into town (30 Minutes) and were surrounded by many restaurants, cafes, and an amazing grocery store - Kafer. We appreciated how responsive Sam was to all of our emails and was always very quick to get back to me. It was so nice to have a baby crib, a washing machine, and comfortable beds and very clean bathrooms! My son and husband were very excited to have Nintendo switch (age 12) and my daughter (age 14) enjoyed the red light face therapy unit! I highly recommend staying here! You will not be disappointed!

Place is clean and spacious enough for one or two people. Conveniently located near the public transport station and central train station. Very nice to have washer and dryer just outside the unit. It was so nice to have some coffee provided in the morning. Comfortable pillows and blackout curtains made for great sleeps. Although it may not be the nicest neighborhood in Munich, I would recommend this place for the value.

We had a fantastic stay at Rainer’s home during our trip to Munich. The property is spacious, newly renovated, and beautifully furnished with a warm, inviting interior that made us feel right at home. One of the highlights was the large, well-maintained backyard—our kids absolutely loved playing there, and it provided a perfect space for us to relax. The home is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood with easy access to scenic walking trails, which we enjoyed exploring as a family. There was also plenty of parking space available, which made things very convenient. Rainer was a wonderful host—attentive, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. He went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed and offered great local recommendations. Overall, this was a truly enjoyable and comfortable stay. We would absolutely return and highly recommend Rainer’s home to anyone visiting Munich and surrounding area.

Our family just spent a week in Chris’s home while visiting Munich and Bavaria. It was the perfect home base for taking the train into Munich (station is a 2-minute walk down the street), as well as day trips we took to drive to Fussen, Berchtesgaden, and Salzburg. The home was beautifully decorated and absolutely spotless. Many extra amenities and items were provided, we felt right at home! Chris was available to meet us in person but we opted to do a later check in to tour Dachau on our way, so he sent me very detailed videos and instructions on how to get the key from the lockbox and how to work the cooktop, lights, instructions for recycling etc. We loved the restaurant recommendations Chris gave and ate at both the local German restaurant/biergarten and Italian restaurant twice each. Both a quick (5 minutes or less) walk from the house. The house worked perfectly for our family of 5 - plenty of room to spread out and room for more. The extra half bath was nice to have as well!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Munich! The space was spotless, comfortable. The location was perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to public transportation, great restaurants, and charming neighborhoods. Our host was incredibly kind and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would happily stay here again the next time we’re in Munich. Highly recommend!

Although our recent trip to Bavaria included castles, amazing cuisine and incredible sights, one of our fondest and most special memories will forever be meeting Hubertus and Jennifer. You will not find two more caring, more thoughtful hosts and our stay at their cottage was absolutely wonderful. The love and warmth they put into their cottage is self evident and reflects in almost every detail of their home. From the handwritten welcome note and bottle of wine we received on arrival to their recommendations and helpful tips as we navigated the surrounding areas, we felt as though we were staying with old friends and were looked after with such special attention and care. My husband and I feel so grateful to have met them and could not recommend others to book a stay at their cottage strongly enough. Thank you again for everything! It truly was a perfect stay :)

Das Haus von Simon hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Es war nicht nur sehr liebevoll und hochwertig eingerichtet, sondern auch blitzsauber. Wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit Simon war zügig und reibungslos. Er war immer da, wenn wir Fragen hatten und hat uns netterweise auch einen Unterstand für unser Auto zur Verfügung gestellt, als schwere Hagel vorausgesagt waren. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig, das Haus hat eine richtig gute und einladende Energie durch das viele Holz. Von Großweil aus kann man leicht an all die schönen Seen oder Wanderwege gelangen. Einen kleinen Supermarkt gibt es ebenfalls im Ort und in Murnau dann auch größere Märkte, falls man mehr benötigt. Wir haben uns in dieser Woche nach Erholung und Stille gesehnt und haben genau das bekommen. Vielen Dank an Simon und Sabrina.

Schönes Souterrain-Appartement in ruhiger und sicherer Umgebung. Exzellente Küchenausstattung. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Auf jeden Fall gerne wieder.

Wir haben uns hier sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll und mit Details eingerichtet, gepflegt und sauber. Das Highlight ist die Terrasse und die Lage ist mit der Nähe zum See top! Frank und Domenik waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und die Kommunikation war entspannt. Wir kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder!

Wir haben uns bei Rainer sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir wurden super freundlich begrüßt und Rainer hatte einige Tipps für uns in Schliersee. Bei Fragen war Rainer immer sehr schnell erreichbar und hat uns tatkräftig zur Seite gestanden. Die Wohnung ist 5 Minuten fußläufig vom Schliersee, es gibt sehr schöne Spazier und Wanderwege in der Gegend. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen und hat außerdem einen netten Balkon. Blick in den Garten, von dem aus man sogar Berge sieht. Wir kommen wieder!

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit in Peters Ferienwohnung verbracht. Peter ist sehr nett und hat immer zügig geantwortet. Er hat unserer kleinen Tochter sogar extra einen Hochstuhl und ein Kinderbett besorgt. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön, sauber, groß und modern eingerichtet. Es gab genug Platz für 4 Erwachsene und ein Kind. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und die Nespresso Kaffeemaschine ist toll, ein Geschirrspüler wäre noch wünschenswert. Die Waschmaschine ist optimal mit einem Kleinkind (ein Wäscheständer wäre noch gut). Im Schlafzimmer im Dachgeschoss kann sehr warm werden aber es gibt ein Deckenventilator und ein Klimagerät. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden gerne wieder kommen, wenn wir nach München fahren.

Location, location, location! Close to many museums, restaurants, markets, boutiques, and only a short subway trip to center of Munich. Sarah’s place was perfect for our week stay in Munich! The place was spotless, modern, and well equipped. She took initiative to make our stay even more comfortable for us and our adult daughter. Thank you, Sarah. We would enjoy staying at your home again someday.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in dieser außergewöhnlich schönen Unterkunft. Das Haus liegt in einer idyllischen Umgebung – perfekt, um zur Ruhe zu kommen und die Natur zu genießen. Alles war sehr gepflegt und liebevoll eingerichtet, man merkt sofort, dass hier mit viel Herz gearbeitet wird. Lisa und Max waren einfach großartig: Trotz vieler Anfragen haben sie sich immer Zeit genommen, um uns freundlich und hilfsbereit zu unterstützen. Sie waren sehr bemüht, uns jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen und haben dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns rundum wohlfühlen konnten. So viel Engagement und Herzlichkeit erlebt man selten! Wir können diesen Ort absolut empfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für diese wunderbaren Tage!

Tom’s place was quiet and felt very safe. The pictures and description of the home were accurate. We arrived early and he let us keep our luggage at the property until it was time to check in. The bus stop was a short walk from the property that made it easy to get around the city. Tom was very helpful on helping us figure out public transportation. All around great place and would stay again!

Wir haben uns bei Franziska rundum wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Lage ist einfach traumhaft – direkt vor der Haustür beginnt die Natur, ideal für Spaziergänge, Fahrradtouren oder eine kleine Laufrunde. Auch mehrere Seen sind in der Nähe und gut erreichbar. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet, sodass man problemlos selbst kochen kann. Wir waren zu viert plus Baby unterwegs und hatten ausreichend Platz – sowohl drinnen als auch draußen. Besonders schön war es, morgens auf der Terrasse zu frühstücken und die Ruhe zu genießen. Vielen Dank, Franziska, für die tolle Zeit – wir kommen gerne wieder!
