Nice place with a fantastic view! Own entrance, clean, very friendly landlords and good communication. Everything GREAT - I would book again at any time;-))

The property was to our complete satisfaction. The apartment was very clean and well furnished. Unfortunately, only the private beach section was so dirty with algae, driftwood, etc., that it was not possible to go into the water. Nevertheless, we would book there again for the price

I felt very comfortable and safe at the place, as well as the quiet location. Monika received me very kindly and was then, always open to a nice conversation, which I really liked. The apartment was very clean and there was everything you could need.

We had a fantastic stay with Hellmut! He was friendly and helpful and always ready to answer our questions and see that we had everything we needed. He went above and beyond.

First of all, my express thanks to the landlord, who easily made a longer stay possible. Angelika is very friendly and helpful and there was a quick answer or help with questions. During my stay I was very satisfied with the apartment, it is spacious, light and functionally furnished. The kitchen is well equipped, everything you need is available. The bed is comfortable, the apartment clean – as it should be. The large parking lot and good transport connections are definitely a plus, especially if you are on mobile, so you can quickly get to Balingen or in nature if you like to hike. In all points, a very nice place to stay, which I am happy to recommend.

Awesome place to stay and is walking distance to a lot of local places, church, leaning house, shopping district.... The only issue is the walls/floors are thin and you can hear everything from the upstairs people. and when the people upstairs are noisy like the ones we had and stay up all night, good luck trying to sleep..... Better to have the room upstairs lol

The apartment is wonderfully furnished and superbly equipped. We were there with 3 toddlers for a few days and were able to make great excursions in the direct region. The animals on the farm are a highlight and the hosts were incredibly friendly.

The communication with Ingo was excellent - quick, friendly and straightforward. All important information was provided clearly and in a timely manner. The property itself is very well appointed and is in an optimal location. Perfect for exploring and relaxing stays. Absolutely recommended!

Great place to stay! Eveline was understanding and her attic place is affordable. I felt like Heidi living in the mountains with the view from the window. Easy to find parking and it is a quiet neighbourhood. We stayed here for a whole month for a company trip and it was great 👍

Everything was super straightforward. A really beautiful and well-kept apartment with great connections. The hosts are nice and always available. Just great!

We had a wonderful stay with Rose and Claus and immediately felt at home. The apartment is very nicely decorated and very clean. The courtyard provides direct relaxation. Rose and Claus are great hosts who try to take care of everything. For our little daughter, there was a travel cot, a high chair and lots of toys. The apartment is idyllic with great views and you have your privacy in the apartment in addition to great communication with the hosts.

Everything was great and we would be happy to book again!

We felt very comfortable with Iva and Jasmin and had a wonderful time. The location of the apartment directly at the train station is great, we could reach everything on foot or by train. Supermarkets were also within walking distance. The apartment is very lovingly and aesthetically furnished. We particularly liked the open and well-equipped kitchen. Communication with Iva and Jasmin was very friendly and warm; questions were answered quickly and we even got great tips for the area. Staying with Iva and Jasmin is a real heartfelt recommendation!

I felt right at home! The apartment is lovingly furnished and the bathroom is really very, very nice and spacious. The property is located in a historic building and has been specially renovated. The location is perfect, in the heart of the old town.

Very nice and large apartment with a well-equipped kitchen. The location is right in the center of Kempten, you can quickly get to the supermarket and the bakery. Can only recommend it.
