Very quiet location, beautiful view, fresh air, very close to Hongbao Language School, suitable for walking, cycling, and other activities

A very nice place to feel good. We lacked nothing. The hostess rounds off this impression very well with her hospitable manner. We had our bikes with us, for which there is even a separate and lockable shed. A private parking space for the car is also available. All in all, we had a great week at Sabine's. And if we go to Lake Constance again, we'll be happy to stay with Sabine. We definitely recommend it.

Beautiful, small apartment in Immenstaad with sauna and fully equipped kitchen. The host gives valuable excursion tips about the area. The shore of Lake Constance is only about 100 m away on foot, we were stand-up paddles, that was perfect :)

One of the most beautiful holidays ever. We had an incredibly beautiful time at Lake Constance and spent our first holiday there as a family. We were provided with a travel bed for small children. Everything was clean, well-maintained, stylishly furnished. A washing machine and a dryer were available to us. Which can be very practical with a baby. The hostess answered questions very quickly. We definitely want to come back. One week was too short. Even in the rain, we could enjoy Lake Constance, through the beautiful view from the living room and dining room. The balcony is covered and sheltered from the wind. That was really great. We also thought it was great that we could grill there. An all-round great vacation in a quiet location and yet you can reach other places super. The guest card gave you a lot of discounts. We would love to come back, and even wanted to extend our stay. Unfortunately, the apartment was fully booked.

We were all super excited and enjoyed the time very much. Martin and his family are very accommodating and friendly. It's a shame that time has passed so quickly. This place can't be described as such, it doesn't do it justice. It is an all-round carefree package where you feel very welcome. We'll see you again for sure.

We had a nice little break. We really liked the folder with the most important information and tips about the region. Our desired goals were good and quickly achievable.

Jasmin and Reda with the two sweet children are a very nice host family who live under the apartment and make sure that the guests can sleep in We felt very comfortable in the tastefully furnished apartment There was also no shortage of organic tea and coffee, as well as good soap products. The lake is within walking distance and there is good access for SUPs. All in all, we can really recommend the apartment

The apartment is very tastefully furnished and you feel right at home. There is a selection of pillows, so that everyone can rest comfortably. Coffee, tea, lighter and plaster available - great amenities! However, it is very dark and the bathroom lacks a window and an exhaust hood - unfortunately, this caused smoke throughout the apartment and you could only ventilate through the open door to the outside. The location was great, we could shop and stroll on foot - parking was 10 minutes' walk away. Tanja is very nice and helpful - even helped us with painkillers. Thank you! 😃☺️😜

We were very happy with our stay, everything was lovely and the hosts went above and beyond to make it a nice stay. Perfect for a small family and great location.

A wonderful house with veranda and seating, located directly on the lake shore with a swing; all around trees, reeds, birds, view of the water, access to the lake. Everything is available in the kitchen and bathroom. Despite the rainy weather, I found the surroundings and the view of the lake extremely attractive, I felt very comfortable in the house and the surroundings. I'd love to come back!

We were allowed to spend a few great days in beautiful Allgäu. We felt very comfortable in Alexander's apartment. He is a pleasant host. Everything worked out! Due to the great and easy-to-use wood-burning stove in the living room, we often had a nice fire in the evening, which we greatly appreciate on winter days. The location has a super equipped kitchen, great barista coffee and is also dog-friendly. The bedding and mattresses were great. There is no unnecessary clutter in the house. We'd love to come back anytime!

It was wonderful at Helga's cottage by the old mill. Very spacious, very bright, very quiet and surrounded by a natural garden. Eggs straight from the chicken, a huge terrace and a perfect, complete kitchen. Wonderful excursion destinations nearby, but also the Swabian Alps and Black Forest. Lake Constance can also be reached in an hour.

Very nice cottage with garden, between slightly modern and old school. Beautiful nature, etc., we haven't been so relaxed in a long time, even the dog was relaxed. The bonus was the little stream that runs through the garden, especially nice for falling asleep. Highly recommended👌👍👍

Right from the start, Janin was "eating good cherries"😁 - consistently likeable communication, helpful and generously accommodating when it comes to pre-check-in and very late checkout 🫶🏻 The house has everything and more we needed for a nice family weekend! The location is ideally suited for hikes from the house. We come back to everyday life

We stayed with our two dogs for 2 weeks at Karlheinz's in this beautiful house. The house leaves nothing to be desired, it is really beautiful and well equipped. As a welcome, there was a super delicious homemade bread, thank you again. Our dogs also felt very comfortable, the large garden is completely fenced, so they could run freely. We will be happy to come back. 😊

The house has an amazing location. We enjoyed the large garden and the Brenz next door. In addition, the area is excellent for cycling. Everything is within walking distance or easily accessible by bicycle. The house is very well maintained and clean and we lacked nothing. We had relaxing days and a wonderful holiday!

The accommodation is located in a very quiet, well-maintained residential area. I spent an extended weekend there and felt very comfortable. The penthouse can be reached via an outdoor spiral staircase. The apartment is very tastefully furnished, generously sized and yet very cozy. Everything is sparkling clean and the furniture is absolutely as good as new. Above all, the furnishings of the modern built-in kitchen leave nothing to be desired. In the house rules, you will find plenty of insider tips for a pleasant stay in the region. I will be happy to come back!

We stayed here for a month and loved it. Easy walk to the train station, a great restaurant and a lakeside-Biergarten nearby. Will plan to book again!

There were four of us in the apartment for an extended weekend. Communication with Lina was great and very friendly. For example, Edeka/DM can be reached on foot. The location is 1a, directly on the Seerhein, a bus stop is right outside the door. Alternatively, it is about 20 minutes on foot to the old town. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

Martina's place in Ulm is absolutely great! It's in a perfect location, right in the middle of everything. There are plenty of shops around and many restaurants, bakeries, butchers and grocery shops. It's only a few minutes walk to the beautiful Danube where you can walk for hours on end. We also worked from the apartment with 2 laptops and the wifi is great. The apartment itself is super clean and spotless, it has got everything you need and more. Martina has really put thought into having guests staying in the apartment, so many things had a really nice touch to them. Martina is a great host, she is super friendly and always available and gives helpful tips. I can highly recommend Martina and her apartment if you stay in Ulm, I will be very happy to stay again!

Beautiful nature and surroundings, many hiking trails Very nice well-kept accommodation with a great garden and natural pond, all fenced, was ideal for our dog 🐕 Great communication with Claudia and for the welcome there was mint/rosemary water great!! We'll be back for sure

Beautiful, modern furnished apartment with a direct view to the lake. I had a fantastic week in the apartment of Thomas and Katharina and would love to come back.

My mother and I had spent 5 nights in this pearl of apartment in early April. We were totally flashed by this apartment from second 1 - it is even more beautiful than in the photos. Everything is decorated with so much love for detail. High quality and practical. we were even able to spend a few hours on the sunbeds and have dinner on the terrace. In the evening, you can quietly hear the river ripples before falling asleep in these comfortable beds like a baby. The car is well taken care of in the garage and there was even a piece of felt on the wall that on the driver's side you do not accidentally damage the door when getting out. in the apartment there are helpful tips for things to do/hiking recommendations, instructions for the apartment and restaurant tips. we were eating at 3 of the recommended restaurants - it was a palate. we also had the pleasure of meeting Petra - very likeable. Thanks for the great break
