On the ground floor there is a triple room and the spacious bathroom with toilet, underfloor heating, walk-in shower, bathtub, a heated towel rail as well as washing machine and dryer. On the upper floor there is a separate toilet, 2 double rooms, a kitchen with dining table and a round arch to the living room. The living room, with access to the balcony, is equipped with a large couch, a cozy sitting area with reading lamp and a TV.
