We rent a small guest house (approx. 40 sqm - 2 rooms) for 2 people in the back of our property in the industrial area. The guest house is deliberately kept simple, as this corresponds to our design concept. City, nature, gastronomy - all easily accessible. In 30 - 40 minutes you can walk to the city center of Constance, in a few minutes to the Seerhein, excursion destinations with good connections. 2 min. to the bus stop. The guest house is suitable for business travelers as well as holiday guests.

Ruhebereich, neuwertige Ausstattung, komplette Renovierung 2001. Vermieter wohnen im Hauptgebäude eines komplett kernsanierten und renovierten ehemaligen Bauerngehöftes. Der ehemalige "Schweinestall" wurde zu Garage und Gartenhaus umgebaut. Im Obergeschoß befindet sich die Ferienwohnung. Fachwerk und die ursprüngliche Atmosphäre wurden erhalten.

Our lovely little holiday home "s'Scheunle" is located in the national park "Obere Donau" - which is the perfect spot for calm & stressless holidays. The historical barn is situated at the end of a narrow road. Further up the hill is no more than nature. Start your hike right from the spot & relax afterwards hanging around the fireplace. s'Scheunle provides you a modern, fully furnished loft apartment with a private parking lot. Your bike could also be stored safely. For naturelover!

Small Garden house in pleasant surroundings

Small and compact with modest comfort and tiny house Charakter. Woodfire heating. The ground floor has a small kitchen,a wood stove and a table for eating. Toilet and washbasin are separate.. Roofed tterrace with a lovely garden. A sliding ladder for access to the bedroom upstairs. Double bed . Guest shower in the main house a short distance to walk. Summertime , a solar shower and small plunge pool with natural spring water. Not suitable for small children or aged people.

The small former washhouse of an old farmhouse from 1716 invites all those who love the Allgäu to enjoy the wonderful nature. The popular Iller cycle path is only a few hundred meters away. The newly renovated wooden house can accommodate 1-2 people. It consists of a small bedroom (bed 1.40 m wide) and a small kitchen and a spacious bathroom with underfloor heating. Enjoy the beautiful evening sun on the wooden veranda in the neighborhood of a carp and frog pond.

This spacious 48 square meter apartment can accommodate two adults and one child, ideal for a relaxing break in the picturesque region of the Allgäu.
