The two rooms measure about 40 m² and the outdoor area in the courtyard and the garden is often used. The location is absolutely central, close to the lake, close to the old town of Konstanz and an ideal starting point for bike shopping bathing sightseeing tours.

Ravensburger Spieleland can be reached in about 30 minutes.

A modern bathroom with underfloor heating and daylight completes the apartment. A washing machine + dryer can be used for €4 per load.

The studio impresses with a very open and friendly living atmosphere in which everyone immediately feels at home. In 2018, everything was newly renovated and bathroom and kitchen completely reinstalled. The public transport to the center of Kreuzlingen and Konstanz is almost in front of the door.
