The "Hühnerhaus"

The hen house is located in the middle of the beautiful Permagarten, below a former monastery, on the Katzenhof in Bachhaupten. Gabi and Guido live their dream of independence here and want to expand the farm sustainably and suitable for grandchildren. For example, the walls and ceiling of the hen house were made from the over 200-year-old plank boards of the main house. The "gray water" is used in the garden and the "separating toilet" works without drinking water flushing. Time out in the tiny house in the heart of Upper Swabia. The location of our two igloo tiny houses could not be more beautiful: in the middle of Upper Swabia directly in an orchard with extra sauna and horses! Because it's more relaxed for everyone, we've packed a lot into our inclusive price. Also parking, sauna, free WiFi. This is how it has to be a vacation. The hot pot can be used for a fee of €30. After an excursion on the Swabian mountains, you can slow down and enjoy the panoramic view of the mountains from the balcony. Our guest room can be used by two adults and up to two smaller children (up to 12 years old). We can provide a folding bed and a crib free of charge upon request

You will stay in a newly built farmhouse. The apartment has a family bed (2.70 m x 2 m). Cozy living-dining area with access to the balcony from there with a view of the mountains. Sofa bed for 2 more people. Dining area for at least 6 people. In summer, there is a pool for shared use outdoors. In the winter months, we have our sauna in operation. Here you can relax on cold autumn or winter days. Very large bathroom with family shower. Plus local tourist tax.

Our 45 m² apartment Landluft on our farm Hermannslust, on the Swabian Alb is in an idyllic secluded location surrounded by forest and meadows and can accommodate up to 4 guests (possibly 1 additional child in a travel cot). Our apartment is the ideal place for rest and relaxation, but also for families and as a starting point for excursions. Dairy cows and their offspring, chickens, horses, cats, dogs, goats, sheep and rabbits live on our organic farm.

The granny apartment is in a very quiet location without through traffic at the edge of the forest. The surroundings invite you to take long walks, bike tours or hikes. The apartment has about 40 square meters of living space and has a separate entrance, as well as a terrace overlooking the pond. Überlingen on Lake Constance is in approx. 15 minutes by car. The nearest swimming lake Illmensee or Pfullendorf is also in approx. 20 minutes.

Beautiful farmhouse in the countryside

You will stay cozily and authentically on 24 square meters in our "Bauernstüble." In the living room, there is a dining area, a wardrobe, sofa and satellite TV. A staircase leads to the sleeping area with a 140 × 200 cm mattress. Adjacent to the entrance area is a small but fully equipped kitchen. A modern bathroom with underfloor heating and daylight completes the apartment. A washing machine + dryer can be used for €4 per load.

Lake time

The apartment, which was completed in the spring of 2018, can be reached via an external wooden staircase. Now nothing stands in the way of a relaxing "lake time." With one bedroom, an open living and dining room, bathroom, kitchen and two balconies with great lake views, the apartment offers an ideal retreat for a great vacation. Enjoy your stay with us.
