Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Vaterstetten

We recently stayed at Wolfgang and Andrea’s loft while visiting Munich from the US with my wife and our three kids, and I can’t say enough great things about our experience. From start to finish, everything was flawless. The loft was exactly as described—beautiful, peaceful, and spotlessly clean. It had a warm, welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home. Wolfgang personally greeted us upon arrival and gave us a tour of the space, which was a wonderful touch. They had even stocked the fridge with sparkling water and wine, and left snacks for the kids—such thoughtful hospitality! Transportation was a breeze. We had easy access to everything we wanted to do in the city, which made exploring Munich with a family smooth and stress-free. The host’s communication was excellent—prompt, clear, and friendly. Their instructions were incredibly helpful and detailed, showing just how much care they put into making sure guests have an outstanding experience. They are definitely 5-Star!

Christy fait tout pour bien accueillir ses hôtes. Il y avait des boissons, des friandises, aussi de l'huile, du vinaigre, de thé, du café. j'ai été très contente de trouver un chauffage d'appoint car il faisait encore froid. Le logement est bien situé, des parcs dans les environs, bien desservi par les transports en communs, des supermarchés à proximité. Merci pour tout. Je recommande.

Kommunikation hat super funktioniert, wir hatten eine lange Fahrt von fast 900 km und sind schon früher angekommen als der eigentliche Check-In stattfinden konnte. Nach kurzer Nachfrage, hatten wir auch die Möglichkeit etwas früher einzuchecken was uns sehr gefreut hat. Die Unterkunft ist sauber und so wie beschrieben. Das wir eine eigene Terrasse hatten, gefiel uns auch sehr. Werner und seine Frau waren freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in einer schönen, blitzsauberen Wohnung in einer ruhigen und doch zentralen Lage. Due Kommunikation lief schnell und freundlich. Alles bestens.

Susanne ist eine tolle Gastgeberin! Ich habe mich rundum wohl gefühlt. Man hat alles was man braucht in der Wohnung - sogar eine Terrasse. Beim checkout habe ich leider einen Teil meiner Kleidung im Schrank vergessen - ich wurde direkt nochmal kontaktiert und hatte die Möglichkeit, zurück zu kommen und meine Sachen noch schnell zu holen. 1000 Dank dafür !

„Ein wunderschönes, geräumiges Haus mit traumhaftem Garten – ein kleines Paradies in der ganzen Straße. Alles war vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Lage ist ruhig, aber dennoch nicht weit vom Stadtzentrum entfernt, und man kommt mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln bequem nach München. In der Nähe gibt es schöne Seen zum Schwimmen oder Spazierengehen – perfekte Orte, um die Natur zu genießen. Außerdem findet man viele gute Restaurants mit ausgezeichneter Küche in der Umgebung. Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen, und wir würden gerne wiederkommen. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an Gilles für ihre Gastfreundschaft und die nette Kommunikation!

wir haben uns sehr gut mit der Gastgeberin verstanden. Die Wohnung ist ruhig und für uns als Messeaussteller das beste, was wir uns wünschen konnten.

Mein Mann und ich konnten in der DG Wohnung von Hans 3 Nächte, anlässlich eines Messebesuchs, verbringen. Das Apt. war wie in der Annonce beschrieben und sauber. Das Bett im SZ und die ausziehbare Schlafcouch waren optimal für uns. Wohnung liegt im Wohngebiet, ein wenig von der Hauptstrasse nach hinten versetzt. Alles insgesamt sehr ruhig. Parken war kein Problem, da noch genug Plätze an der Strasse frei waren. Es empfiehlt sich jedoch eine frühere Anreise, um hier keine Probleme zu haben. (Feierabend/Wochenende der Anwohner, hier dann stark beparkt) Zur S-Bahn zu Fuss nur ca 10 min. Mega. Zur Messe bietet es sich an zu Fuss durch den RiemPark (ca. 45 min) oder, so haben wir es gemacht, mit E-Roller (ca. 10min) Zudem einige gute Restaurants in optimaler Laufdistanz. Hans als Gastgeber war immer zu erreichen, antwortete sehr zeitnah und war immer hilfsbereit. Alles in allem eine Schöne Unterkünft, und optimal gelegen für Messe-Besuche bzw. Sightseein

Our family just spent a week in Chris’s home while visiting Munich and Bavaria. It was the perfect home base for taking the train into Munich (station is a 2-minute walk down the street), as well as day trips we took to drive to Fussen, Berchtesgaden, and Salzburg. The home was beautifully decorated and absolutely spotless. Many extra amenities and items were provided, we felt right at home! Chris was available to meet us in person but we opted to do a later check in to tour Dachau on our way, so he sent me very detailed videos and instructions on how to get the key from the lockbox and how to work the cooktop, lights, instructions for recycling etc. We loved the restaurant recommendations Chris gave and ate at both the local German restaurant/biergarten and Italian restaurant twice each. Both a quick (5 minutes or less) walk from the house. The house worked perfectly for our family of 5 - plenty of room to spread out and room for more. The extra half bath was nice to have as well!

Wir hatten einen tolle Zeit in dem Haus von Annika und Nicolai. Das Haus war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Einrichtung ist sehr gewählt für alle die ein Auge für Kunst und Design haben gibt es viel zu sehen. Auch der Balkon ist sehr gemütlich und läd zum verweilen ein. Die Gastgeber waren sehr gut zu erreichbar und gaben gute Tips für Restaurants. Auch halfen sie direkt als ein Licht nicht mehr ging. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

The house was clean, spacious and nice! It matched exactly the pictures. It was in a quiet area with lots of parking spots outside. The host was very responsive and kind! We enjoyed our stay.

A lovely place to stay. We loved spending time on the patio and looking out at the beautiful view. Lots of space to relax in. All the bedrooms are stunning and spacious. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Munich.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Munich! The space was spotless, comfortable. The location was perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to public transportation, great restaurants, and charming neighborhoods. Our host was incredibly kind and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would happily stay here again the next time we’re in Munich. Highly recommend!

Although our recent trip to Bavaria included castles, amazing cuisine and incredible sights, one of our fondest and most special memories will forever be meeting Hubertus and Jennifer. You will not find two more caring, more thoughtful hosts and our stay at their cottage was absolutely wonderful. The love and warmth they put into their cottage is self evident and reflects in almost every detail of their home. From the handwritten welcome note and bottle of wine we received on arrival to their recommendations and helpful tips as we navigated the surrounding areas, we felt as though we were staying with old friends and were looked after with such special attention and care. My husband and I feel so grateful to have met them and could not recommend others to book a stay at their cottage strongly enough. Thank you again for everything! It truly was a perfect stay :)

Leider war ich persönlich nicht vor Ort. Ich habe mir aber von den Kollegen sagen lassen das alles super war. Vielen Dank und liebe Grüße Wolfgang

Der Check-In war unkompliziert und die Unterkunft den Angaben entsprechend. Gerade für eine größere Gruppe ist die Unterkunft perfekt. Handtücher und Bettwäsche wurden bereitgestellt. Die Anbindung zur S-Bahn ist mit dem Bus alle 30 Minuten ausreichend. Wer später als 01:00 Uhr aus München zurück fahren will, muss warscheinlich auf ein Taxi/Uber zurückgreifen. Sonst ist Lage sehr angenehm und ruhig. Alles in allem ein super Aufenthalt mit allem was man sich wünscht.

Ich kann diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen! Mir hat es hier sehr gut gefallen – es ist perfekt für ein Paar und sehr gemütlich. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, und es fehlt an nichts. Die Gastgeberin ist äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie steht immer zur Verfügung, wenn man Fragen hat oder Unterstützung benötigt. Alles ist sehr gut erklärt, und die Anreise war problemlos. Die Lage ist ebenfalls ideal: Die Bushaltestelle ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt, und ein Supermarkt befindet sich nur eine Straße weiter. Alles ist sehr gut zu erreichen. Ich würde jederzeit wieder hier übernachten und kann diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen!

Alles wie beschrieben, Stephanie hat sehr schnell geantwortet und die Wohnung hat einen persönlichen Touch. Die Lage ist natürlich super. Check-in läuft persönlich und man bekommt nicht einfach nur einen keycode übermittelt, was wir schön finden. Für unser Kind wurde auch alles bereitgestellt. Dazu gab es ausreichend Handtücher und eine kleine Grundausstattung in der Küche wie Tee, Kaffee, Öl, Müsli und Milch.

Location, location, location! Close to many museums, restaurants, markets, boutiques, and only a short subway trip to center of Munich. Sarah’s place was perfect for our week stay in Munich! The place was spotless, modern, and well equipped. She took initiative to make our stay even more comfortable for us and our adult daughter. Thank you, Sarah. We would enjoy staying at your home again someday.

This was a great location for me and my family to spend a few days in exploring the surrounding area. Very close to the train station that left on average every 10 minutes, we could get going or get home easily. The apartment itself is HUGE, which was a nice change of pace being in small hotel rooms. I loved relaxing in their deep, clean, soaking tub since it was a bit cold and rainy during our stay. It was kind of the hosts to include a variety of refreshments and snacks for us in the kitchen. Really the only thing I wasn’t totally prepared for was the hike up to the room… It does say that the room is on the second floor (which to me, read that you’d be going up one flight of stairs to reach floor 2…), but in reality it was more like 3 flights which was a bit of an unwelcome surprise after being delayed on our train journey and not getting in until nearly midnight. But we survived! I would definitely stay again, particularly if I was lighter on luggage… :)

Andrea est une personne réactive à nos interrogations avant l'arrivée dans le logement : utilisation des transports à Munich, indications pour arriver au logement et sur les commerces alentours, grande plage horaire d'arrivée (appréciable lorsqu'on vient de loin ! ). Le logement était propre, lumineux, très bien équipé. Andrea est une personne sympathique et prête à rendre service. Merci pour ce très agréable séjour, nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir.
