Holiday rentals with a patio in Venetian Lagoon

We had a great stay, Alberto’s place is really clean and functional. We enjoyed the small terrace for morning breakfast. He was also really responsive and gave us local recommendations for going out.

We had a nice stay at this two-level apartment in Mestre! The place was actually more spacious than it appeared in the photos, and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was convenient — there were frequent buses to Venice, a good and affordable restaurant just around the corner, and a supermarket nearby. The host was very responsive and helpful. We had a minor issue with the air conditioning and shutters not closing properly, but he came over promptly and fixed everything. Overall, a great base for exploring Venice while enjoying the quieter atmosphere of Mestre.

We really like the house, a designer place. All the details made with thought and it’s not a common apartment - in Venice is hard to find these kind of designer places. Gets slightly dark, less light in the house but we also liked that. Neighborhood is amazing! Far from the loud crowd yet close to walking distance everywhere.

Everything was great! The house is very quiet, convenient and safe. Especially it was very spacious and comfortable with 6 of my family. The host is very lovely and supportive with a great comfort. If I come back I will stay here. I am also looking forward to have a day to welcome you in our beautiful country of Vietnam!!

Nice and well-maintained room, good location.

The location is invincible, within 50m of Mestrel train station, there are supermarkets, Asian and Chinese restaurants, all kinds of convenience.There is an elevator, and large luggage can be brought up by elevator.Very cost-effective, and our last-minute booking was not expensive.There is an iron curtain outside the window to ensure safety, and it is not hand-operated, but electric, which is very convenient to use.There is a washing machine and a large balcony for drying clothes.The host was also very responsive at check-in.The only downside is the soundproofing is average, but I'm already very satisfied😊😊

Fabio was an excellent host and went above and beyond to make sure we arrived to the apartment safely by meeting us at the waterbus stop close by upon our arrival into the city. He showed us all around the apartment and made sure we knew all the information needed before he left. The apartment was perfect for our family of 4 and we loved the layout, the cleanliness, the confortable beds and the kitchen....my kids loved the cookies left on the table. The location was wonderful for walking anywhere around the city and super easy to get there by waterbus from the train station as well as to get to Marco Polo airport by just taking a single waterbus line. I would recommend Fabio as host and his apartment to anyone I know visiting the city of Venice!!! Hope we get to go back some day!

I loved the place. it was pretty nice and spacious. loved the location. the co - host greeted me into the house while giving me an explanation of the keys and everything about the house. he was really helpful at checkin, during the stay and at the checkout

Communication with the host was very smooth, the appartement was very tidy, good beds and provided with everything we needed. Location is excellent, very quiet location, close to the vaporetto stop.

The place was incredibly spacious and clean. When you enter, the lower level is a large open area. Going up one set of stairs, you encounter the kitchen, a living area, and the bedrooms/ bathrooms all on that level. The pull out couch was all set for us, and it had basically everything we needed. The check-in was easy, and Andree was nice enough to let us keep our luggage on the first floor area since our flight to Athens didn't leave until 3 pm. Any minor issue we encountered had little to do with the host and more with infrastructure issues in the city. She provided many recommendations for us.

Great place to stay for couples. Everything you could need for enjoyment or working remotely. Carmelo was a reliable and very friendly host. Located in the heart of Padova Old Town, yet in peaceful area.

Very quiet location, apartment is very comfortable, clean and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Very good connection to Venice with a car. The host provided us with very useful information. Faina is a very kind and caring person.

Pamela’s apartment is such a gem - even better than the pictures. It’s so clean, spacious, and well equipped. Shower is great. Appliances are very new. Location is also perfect - short walk from train station and vaporetto but on a quiet street. Pamela is super friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

We really enjoyed a chilled out week at Luisa’s house. The property itself is exactly as per the photos - modern and sleek design, a lovely swimming pool and wonderful outdoor space (especially for our dog, though to begin with they were very curious of the peacocks and hens in the neighbouring field that you also have access to, which you can view from the windows/fence 🙂). We felt really relaxed and at home there. The walk into town is around 20 minutes, where you can find restaurants, bars (nearest is called Ae Poste 3.0 😉) and a supermarket. Luisa was an accommodating host, only next door if you needed anything, and provided us with some helpful recommendations for the local area and Venice and Treviso for day trips. All in all, we’d have no hesitation to recommend and would love to return!

I haaf a really great time at Giusseppe’s place, it was super easy to find / park, the check in was extremly easy he asked me in advance when will I arrive and was spot on. The place is quiet and the appartment is well equiped you can wash as well. He also prepared a tiny breakfast but there is a grocery in about 5 min drive so starving is impossible😉 . Also worth to mention thst he was always helpfull whenewer I had a question / request. So I can highly recommend his place and service!

this place is amazing! furnished with style and good taste, felt instantly like home. michele is very kind and easygoing. everything is nearby, as Padova is a walkable city. fantastic pasticceria with delicious breakfast just around the corner. for the people travelling by car, a real deal - one can park the car right in front of the property. and it is free of charge. highly recommended!!

The hosts were really friendly and did everything to meet our needs. Very hospitable even with my molosser and they even gave him a welcome gift!!!! Always available and very kind. Comfortable and very clean environment. Very well equipped with everything. The only thing missing was the chamomile tea bags!!!! We also found soaps and shampoos for children in the bathroom!!!!! Host Apollo is really friendly and helpful. We were offered to drop off our luggage before the check-in time. Apollo is really responsive as well. The location is great with less than 10min walk from the train station. Apartment was also really clean and we truly enjoyed our stay here.

We stayed at Giovanni's just for a night, but the place was exactly as described and in a quiet location. We had everything we needed for our brief stay and Giovanni was very flexible with our late check in.

Christian is a great host we have spent some spectacular days in his apartment, very clean and the terrace is the best, and very close to Piazza San Marco, I would definitely not hesitate to stay next time.

Great place to stay in a quiet part of Venice, which is not something you hear too often. Wi-Fi was a little bit slow so streamers beware. That being said it’s important to give this place a five star rating because the stay was amazing. We’re just snobs about Wi-Fi.

The best choice to stay when in Venice! It is super clean, modern, very spacious and bright! With s fabulous garden that surrounds the flat itself where we would have dinner ❤️! The area is absolutely magnificent- half an hour by bus& Vaporetto from turisty Venice. Nice quiet beach 3 minutes away to return to after the hustle and bustle of the City! Perfect for families with children that want to do both sightseeing and beach activities as well! Fabulous coffee shop and great Pizzeria just round the corner! Great communication with the hosts! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
