Comfortable, warm and quiet, it opens onto a private terrace where you can enjoy your meals in the company of two turtles. The bedroom and office are separate from the kitchen, shower and toilet. Linens and towels are provided. Close to the University Hospital, Campus, Confort Moderne, and shops, and 20 minutes' walk from the center SOPGYN

A walk can be enjoyed from the cottage, along a path along the Vienne River. You can reach Chauvigny on foot or by bike along the trails. There are a few chickens on the grounds. Nightly rate: €52 without sheets + €8 sheets to be paid in advance if needed.
