Our farm in picturesque Döckingen is located on the Hahnenkamm not far from the Franconian Lake District at the Ries Geopark. The rural area provides relaxation, and the active agriculture provides variety. There is no boredom with us! There is the possibility to help us on the farm or to linger comfortably by the campfire. A former attic in a charming old building was converted into a studio with attention to detail in 2016. There is hardly anything in it that can be bought like this. A small roof exit overlooks the rooftops of Nuremberg. In the cozy and unique room you feel right at home and can enjoy the tranquility. Centrally located yet very quiet, the center of Nuremberg can be reached in 10 minutes by U-Bahn [subway].

My place is close to Donauwörth, Nördlingen, Treuchtlingen and Wemding. It is a simply equipped, rural and very cheap! Apartment, "quite basic," to which you should not apply a hotel standard. The bathroom is one staircase lower and is only for guests. Ideal for a stopover! NOT for hotel testers and design experts! We speak English, French, Spanish. Pets are welcome and there is plenty of parking
