In our cozy Tiny House you can forget about everyday life! The cottage is located in a very quiet residential area on the outskirts of Neuendettelsau surrounded by forest. 5-10 min walk you reach our leisure pool Novamare, beautiful hiking and biking trails. The train station is also a 15-minute walk away for a trip to Nuremberg or Ansbach. In 20-30 min since you by car in the Franconian Lake District. Within walking distance you can also find restaurants and supermarkets in the town centre.

This large studio impresses with its exposed roof structure, which creates a very cozy atmosphere. There is permanent ventilation in the wooden house. In the bedroom, a large waterbed (2 m x 2.20 m) ensures good sleep. The property has been lovingly individually furnished. The kitchen is small but superbly equipped. Barbecue and sun in the garden. Charging station for electric cars (€ 0.40/kWh) available, 2 Cube eBikes and Thule Cab2 can be rented, outdoor sauna new!

House on the edge of the forest with sauna near Lake Brombach

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis with direct access to the forest. Our vacation home is located directly in the Franconian lake district near Lake Altmühlsee and Lake Brombachsee. It has a sauna with steam, bio sauna or Finnish sauna to choose from. The kitchen is fully equipped, and if you don't want to cook yourself, you can book a chef to prepare your meals. In the winter, a cozy tiled stove is also available for your use. The house has 2 floors.

Apartment Blumenwiese for 2-3 people

The holiday apartment is located on the upper floor (elevator available) of our holiday home. The courtyard may be used for grilling, sitting together, and lingering. We are in the Altmühltal Nature Park. Bieswang is a small district of Pappenheim, so you are in a quiet, rural area. Shopping is available in Bieswang directly (butcher, vegetables, egg house), as well as in the surrounding towns and cities such as Pappenheim, Treuchtlingen & Eichstätt.

Wellness suite 7 Hops pearl

The Hopfenperle guesthouse was newly opened in June 2024. Beforehand, the old hop half-timbered house was renovated with a lot of love. The suite has a size of 55.50 square meters. It has a sauna and a hot tub. There is a double bed as well as another bed in a separate sleeping area. In the living area, the couch can also be added. The guesthouse is centrally located in the city of Spalt, perfect starting point for hikes and bike tours.

Sankt Maria - for families, groups, seminars

This former rectory is great for spending time with extended family, several families and friends. In addition to the bedrooms and kitchens, seminar rooms, a kitchen that opens onto the garden, and a music room with a concert grand piano can also be rented. In the garden, a large walnut tree provides shade for eating and drinking together in the garden. Swimming pool in heat, sauna and fire bowl in cooler temperatures...

So many stores and restaurants are within walking distance. The closest supermarket is also just a few minutes away by bike. Lake Altmühlsee can also be reached in just 5-10 minutes by bike. Bicycles can be rented. Just ask.
