Lovely airbnb in a nice quiet side street. Located close to a Lidl and a great beer garden with accompanying German restaurant. We loved the hot tub and amazing decoration and had a really pleasant stay!

The house is an absolute dream – from the furnishings to the ambience to the loving details, everything is designed with a lot of heart. Everything you need is available - and much more! We were particularly impressed by the sauna and the whirlpool, both in perfect condition and ideal for relaxing. More detailed instructions for heating the pool would have been helpful, but did not affect the enjoyment. The quiet location ensures real relaxation, the ambience invites you to switch off. You can see the attention to detail, from the soft towels to the stylish bathrobes. The host was very friendly, the communication pleasant - a little faster answers would be nice, but that's a high level of complaining. A small suggestion for improvement: a charging facility for electric cars would be great today. Overall, an all-round successful weekend that we would like to repeat. Please continue in the same way!

We had a nice short stay at Dario's. The communication was great and we were personally received. Dario had a few good tips for us to go out to eat. The apartment is very clean and well equipped, we also got along very well without a kitchen. For us personally, it was a little too loud at night due to the nearby road, but if you leave the windows closed, it doesn't bother you. You are super connected, quickly on foot in the city center and also quickly to the subway.

Excellent! We enjoyed our stay in Sabrine's home. She has a beautiful home that had all we needed plus a sauna as a bonus! On the cold days we happily sat in there and warmed up! The location is great - right next to a tram line and the main station. Great cafes, bakeries and restaurants in walking distance. Regina is very pleasant and showed us how things worked in the home. Highly recommend!!

Very nice and helpful family, whose great garden could be shared. Especially for small children, there were many great play opportunities both inside and outside.

You can tell that this property has all the passion of Ullrich. It is available with recommendations and tips on activities in the region, which can be started directly at the cottage, and many more options for young & old with a few minutes drive. In summer weather, the garden invites you to relax. We were a little irritated by the many laminated rules, as it is a matter of course for us to deal with foreign property properly.

I have family in the Dollnstein area that we visited for 3 weeks in July 2024. We stayed at this property and fell in love with the village. The rental property itself is nice and spacious. There were 4 adults and 1 child who stayed at the property and there was plenty of room for us all. If we needed anything, Roland was very responsive and the property manager came right away. The kitchen is a highlight-it's huge with a full-size refrigerator. It is also convenient to have a washer on site for clothes. My only recommendations would be stronger wifi throughout the home (it's spotty in some areas) and clear directions on how to use appliances and tv (there was a learning curve with those at times). Overall, the village the place is located in is a true highlight. There is a quaint soccer park/playground area that my son and I visited daily. The villagers were kind and curious about us Americans but not in a rude way. We felt safe and happy the entire stay.

We had a very nice time in Kalchreuth. The view is really great and the accommodation had everything we needed with baby and dog.

We were a family of 3 and rented the entire home. We enjoyed our stay. The home had all amenities in place including a kitchen, washing machine / dryer, hand wash, dishwasher / tablets and even the basic cooking items needed the kitchen.

The stay at Sandra's place was absolutely amazing, everything was perfectly clean. The apartment is very cozy. If you forget to buy basic groceries, you can buy them right in the house. Amazing! The apartment has everything you need even for a long-term stay. Thank you for everything.

A Home Away from Home – 10 Stars If We Could! Our stay at Mrs. Heidi and Mr. Herbert’s home in Nuremberg this January was beyond exceptional. As first-time exhibitors at the trade fair, we were new to the city, but their warmth, kindness, and incredible hospitality made all the difference. The home itself was impeccably maintained, and to our surprise, the kitchen was fully stocked —making us feel even more at home. they personally ensured that our entire floor was cleaned daily with the utmost care. Such dedication and generosity are truly rare! Me and my two sons are deeply touched by their thoughtfulness and the genuine care they extended to us. Their home exudes warmth, comfort, an experience we will cherish forever. We cannot thank them enough for support. If we could, we would give them 10 stars! We had a lovely few days before Easter. In the accommodation is everything you need and it is ideal for children. The huge garden also invites you to not leave the property. There is a bunch of toys, a hot tub, a sauna and a solarium. If you want, you can spend the evening at the fire pit or sit in the gazebo. For young and old, it has it all. Yes, the furniture is older but everything is intact, functional and clean. Special highlight, especially with small children is the laundry room. Yes, not the desired employment on vacation, but who wants can make great use of it. We'll be back for sure.

Reiko is incredibly service minded and has a great home for 4 people. Nothing was missing, and Reiko was quick to respond if we asked anything. The only thing we missed was air conditioning in one of the rooms when it got incredibly hot. We would definitely recommend his place to others.

Beautiful forester home with great amenities as described. Very homely and cosy for the family.

Very nice place to stay, I would definitely come again. Hopefully the COVID restrictions will be lifted soon and the swim area can be used by multiple families again, it would be a great place to hang out in the evenings for some social gatherings.
