The apartment is located directly on a boat dock and a cycling and hiking trail (Altmühlpanoramaweg). Direct access to the water, which can also be used for fishing, canoeing and SUP. There are two rooms suitable for four people plus a toddler. In the living/sleeping area there is a large double bed, a large sofa bed and a single bed in the 2nd room. The kitchen is fully equipped. Opposite is the toilet with shower. The terrace that leads to the granny apartment is inviting for relaxation. Numerous bike paths and the Franconian Lake District are very close, as is the train, which gets to Nuremberg in 22 minutes. Animals only on request.
