We stayed at the house for a week and had a wonderful experience. It was perfect for our family of four, offering all the amenities we needed throughout our stay. The house was modern, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, with two spacious bedrooms and a lovely bathroom on the lower level. Upstairs, we enjoyed a beautiful open-plan living area and a well-equipped kitchen, all enhanced by stunning views through the many windows. A large balcony extended from the living space, providing a perfect spot to sit back, relax, and soak in the surrounding scenery. The location is excellent, though a car is essential to make the most of your visit. We used the house as a base to explore the picturesque regions of Austria, as well as nearby Italy and Slovenia. Christoph was an outstanding host, with clear and consistent communication throughout our stay.

Roman and Milena were very gracious and frendly hosts. They had special treats when we arrived and were very informative about the local hikes and restaurants. The location is just magical. So peaceful and beautiful! The cottage is well equipped and spotless! There are even slippers available for guest use! Very thoughtful. We hope to come back sometime for a longer stay. Federica's Fienile is beautiful and Federica is a great hostess. The communication before and during our stay was very straightforward, Federica always responded super fast. We were very friendly personally received on site, although Federica herself was not there for a while. The "representative" showed us everything and would have been there again in the event of the event. The cottage is very nice, is perfectly equipped, in the kitchen there was even everything you need for a small breakfast, even vinegar and oil, sugar and much more - we have never had that in a vacation apartment. As a starting point for excursions in the area, bike tours, hikes, the accommodation is really great.

Moin, we felt very comfortable with Marion. It is a nice and quiet area, ideal for relaxing. Marion is a very friendly and caring hostess. Upon our arrival, she provided us with fresh bread, cake, cheese, etc. and various drinks were available. She had already provided fresh water, baskets and treats for our dog. There was also a wide choice of cosmetics/ toiletries for individual and everyday needs. Marion made sure everything you need is available. We had a very nice time there. Thank you very much.

Everything was perfect. Our dog was happy about garden. Really recommend it.

Fantastic house in a beautiful place. We were sorry we couldn't stay there longer. Beautiful views and wonderful walks. Nice that you can also just walk to the village, supermarket, eat cake or eat at the hotel opposite. I had also booked a massage myself and that was wonderful. We will definitely come back to further discover this interesting region.

A wonderful home base to explore Lake Bled, Ljubljana, and other parts of Slovenia. We spent 5 nights in Nika & Luka's apartment and were very happy with the experience, and would strongly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay near Lake Bled. The apartment was a very comfortable temporary home as we toured around the region. It has a beautiful view of Lake Bled and it's a short walk to the lake front. Nika & Luka were great hosts with timely and helpful communications. Overall - a fantastic experience!

Marko’s communication and instructions and guides were the best we have received at any Air BnB we have stayed at all over the world. Accommodation was neat, clean, comfortable bed and hot shower. Great area to sit outside for breakfast and dinner. Easy walk to the Central Market. Handy shops down the road for food, and walkable distance to the Old Town. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Ljubljana.

Absolute recommendation! The area of Maria's accommodation is like paradise. The view, the tranquility, simply fabulous. The accommodation is really nice and there was nothing we lacked. Maria's hospitality is particularly noteworthy. She made us feel at home. She always gave personal tips on hikes and local events. There is much more to be said here, but unfortunately the characters are not enough. The fresh hay milk and eggs directly from our own cow and chickens were also special. It was really wonderful! Thank you! ☺️

The location of the apartment is absolutely amazing. You are in the middle of the nature, enjoying breathtaking landscape and stunning mountain view. From time to time animals pass by and say hello - so peaceful it is. The apartment is well equipped, built with quality material and thoughtfully designed. The communication with the host is fast and easy. We highly recommend.

Had a wonderful stay in the apartment. Spacious bedrooms and kitchen and balconies are wonderful in terms of sun location. Within walking distance of the lake and quiet location. No further criticisms.

This place was a dream. The view was gorgeous and so peaceful. The place was super cozy and so clean and beautiful. It had everything one could need including fluffy bathrobes! The hot tub was our favorite part. Easy to use and so relaxing. There were other people staying in the other apartment but we still felt like it was very private. Honestly felt like the East side apartment is the best one because of the views. If possible we would totally come here again.

We spent wonderful days in Marušas apartment. Unfortunately, we couldn't meet Maruša in person, but her father was always there for us. The apartment is very cozy and comfortable. We used the sauna a lot. The area is very idyllic and quiet. It invites you to take wonderful walks. There are some good restaurants in the neighboring towns, especially in Bled. We definitely give it a 5⭐️!

Beautiful location with amazing views and outstanding apartment with al thr utilities you need. The location is in the middle of nature with lake Milstatt not far away and with spectacular mountain tops. We would definitely love to come again one day!

We had such a nice time! Felt like home! Apartment was very clean & we had everything we needed! We also loved the yard & sitting outside (stunning views while drinking morning coffee)! Definitely would recommend staying there! Such a peaceful location and so close to Bled!

The apartment is very large and in an incredibly beautiful location. The kitchen is well equipped with all the utensils you could need. You can go hiking in the area, Saskia and Arturs know each other well and have lots of helpful tips for things to do. The two were totally friendly and helped us a lot. The apartment is highly recommended!

Alberto's apartment is perfectly faithful to the description. For our 14-day stay in Italy, the 2 nights in this apartment were our favorites. We regretted not having stayed longer. The comfort is excellent (beds, shower, kitchen, living room, terrace). The host really pays attention to everything in the smallest details. We decided to cook our meals there rather than go to the restaurant, as we were so happy there. Parking is at the door. There are a few floors to climb to get to the apartment. Note that the accommodation is on the main street and that you can hear a little traffic. I'm sensitive to noise, but it didn't bother me. There is a beautiful walk to do behind the house, along the lake. It will definitely be our address for a future trip to the Dolomites. Thank you very much Giovanni and Alberto!

We decided to visit Ljubljana at the last minute. Finding Milena’s place available was a treat. It is a very nice home in a fantastic location. Milena is a great communicator and host.

We loved our stay at Marusa’s beautiful home. The ideal location for travelling around the Slovenia. Quick drive to Bled, Lake Bohinj and the surrounding areas. 10 minute walk into the beautiful town of Radovljica. Marusa and her family were lovely hosts, very responsive to our messages and made us feel at home. Apartment was very clean and functional. Would recommend to anyone travelling around Slovenia.

We had a fantastic stay here, and would definitely recommend it to others! The location is so close to the Soca river, gorge, hikes, waterfalls and mountains.. our days were jam-packed with activities! Being so close to town and shops etc, driving in we thought the area would feel less peaceful. However, because the apartment looks out over lush green gardens toward the mountains, it was SO relaxing and the only sounds we heard from the balcony every evening were birds in the trees. Very special. The interior has been decorated with so much love and is incredibly stylish. We were extra impressed by the cleverly planned automatic sensor-lighting and sound-system - and you will be too if you stay here 😀 The bed was comfortable, kitchen fully equipped, and bathroom squeaky clean. Everything felt very modern and we felt the 'zen' through and through. Would absolutely stay here again, 10/10!

This place exceeded all our expectations. It was absolutely spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable—we slept so well every night. The outdoor area and garden were peaceful, quiet, and surrounded by beautiful views, making it the perfect place to relax. The location is ideal: just 10 minutes from Lake Bled, 20 minutes from Lake Bohinj, and 25 minutes from Triglav National Park. It’s a great base for exploring the natural beauty of the region. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was Marija. She was warm, welcoming, and made us feel completely at home. She went above and beyond—offering tips, personalized itineraries, and tons of local insight. Her kindness and hospitality made our trip so much better than we ever imagined. Highly, highly recommend this gem—we can’t wait to come back!
