Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Weissensee

We stayed at the house for a week and had a wonderful experience. It was perfect for our family of four, offering all the amenities we needed throughout our stay. The house was modern, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, with two spacious bedrooms and a lovely bathroom on the lower level. Upstairs, we enjoyed a beautiful open-plan living area and a well-equipped kitchen, all enhanced by stunning views through the many windows. A large balcony extended from the living space, providing a perfect spot to sit back, relax, and soak in the surrounding scenery. The location is excellent, though a car is essential to make the most of your visit. We used the house as a base to explore the picturesque regions of Austria, as well as nearby Italy and Slovenia. Christoph was an outstanding host, with clear and consistent communication throughout our stay.

Roman and Milena were very gracious and frendly hosts. They had special treats when we arrived and were very informative about the local hikes and restaurants. The location is just magical. So peaceful and beautiful! The cottage is well equipped and spotless! There are even slippers available for guest use! Very thoughtful. We hope to come back sometime for a longer stay. Federicas Fienile ist wunderschön und Federica eine tolle Gastgeberin. Die Kommunikation vor und während unseres Aufenthalts war sehr unkompliziert, Federica hat immer super schnell geantwortet. Wir wurden vor Ort sehr freundliche persönlich empfangen, obwohl Federica selbst eine Zeit lang nicht da war. Die "Vertretung" hat uns alles gezeigt und wäre im Fall des Falls auch wieder zur Stelle gewesen. Das Ferienhäuschen liegt sehr schön, ist perfekt ausgestattet, in der Küche gab es sogar alles, was man für ein kleines Frühstück braucht, auch Essig und Öl, Zucker und manches mehr - das hatten wir bisher noch so gut wie nie in einer Ferienwohnung. Als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung, Radtouren, Wanderungen ist die Unterkunft wirklich prima.

Moin, wir haben uns bei Marion sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist eine schöne und ruhige Gegend, ideal zum entspannen. Marion ist eine sehr freundliche und fürsorgliche Gastgeberin.Bei unserer Ankunft versorgte sie uns mit frischem Brot, Kuchen, Käse etc. und verschiedene Getränke standen zur Verfügung. Für unseren Hund hatte sie schon frisches Wasser, Körbchen und Leckerlies bereit gestellt. Außerdem gab es eine große Auswahl von Kosmetik/ Pflegeprodukten für den individuellen und alltäglichen Bedarf. Marion hat dafür gesorgt, das alles was man braucht vorhanden ist. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit dort. Vielen Dank.

We had an amazing time in Ljubljana. Thank you very much for your hospitality. The location is great. You can enjoy house + garden and have breakfast outside, while being in walking distance to city centre.

Fantastisch huis op een prachtige plek. We vonden het jammer dat we er niet langer konden blijven. Prachtige uitzichten en heerlijke wandelingen. Leuk dat je ook gewoon kunt wandelen naar het dorp, supermarkt, taartje kunt eten of kunt eten bij het hotel ertegenover. Had er zelf ook een massage geboekt en dat was heerlijk. We komen zeker terug om deze interessante regio verder te ontdekken.

A wonderful home base to explore Lake Bled, Ljubljana, and other parts of Slovenia. We spent 5 nights in Nika & Luka's apartment and were very happy with the experience, and would strongly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay near Lake Bled. The apartment was a very comfortable temporary home as we toured around the region. It has a beautiful view of Lake Bled and it's a short walk to the lake front. Nika & Luka were great hosts with timely and helpful communications. Overall - a fantastic experience!

Marko’s communication and instructions and guides were the best we have received at any Air BnB we have stayed at all over the world. Accommodation was neat, clean, comfortable bed and hot shower. Great area to sit outside for breakfast and dinner. Easy walk to the Central Market. Handy shops down the road for food, and walkable distance to the Old Town. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Ljubljana.

Absolute Empfehlung! Die Gegend von Marias Unterkunft ist wie im Paradies. Die Aussicht, die Ruhe einfach fabelhaft. Die Unterkunft ist wirklich schön und es gab nichts was uns gefehlt hat. Besonders ist Marias Gastfreundlichkeit hervorzuheben. Sie hat uns das Gefühl gegeben zuhause zu sein. Jederzeit gab es von ihr persönliche Tipps zu Wanderungen und örtlichen Veranstaltungen. Man könnte hier noch viel mehr aufzählen, dafür reichen die Zeichen leider nicht. Besonders waren auch die frische Heumilch und Eier direkt von der eigenen Kuh und den Hühnern. Es war wirklich wundervoll! Danke! ☺️

The location of the apartment is absolutely amazing. You are in the middle of the nature, enjoying breathtaking landscape and stunning mountain view. From time to time animals pass by and say hello - so peaceful it is. The apartment is well equipped, built with quality material and thoughtfully designed. The communication with the host is fast and easy. We highly recommend.

Heerlijk verblijf gehad in het appartement. Ruime slaapkamers en keuken en balkons zijn heerlijk qua zonligging. Op loopafstand van het meer en rustig gelegen. Niets verder aan te merken.

This place was a dream. The view was gorgeous and so peaceful. The place was super cozy and so clean and beautiful. It had everything one could need including fluffy bathrobes! The hot tub was our favorite part. Easy to use and so relaxing. There were other people staying in the other apartment but we still felt like it was very private. Honestly felt like the East side apartment is the best one because of the views. If possible we would totally come here again.

Wir haben wunderschöne Tage in Marušas Wohnung verbracht. Leider konnten wir Maruša nicht persönlich treffen, aber ihr Vater war jederzeit für uns da. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und komfortabel. Vor allem die Sauna haben wir häufig genutzt. Die Gegend ist sehr idyllisch und ruhig. Sie lädt zu herrlichen Spaziergängen ein. In den Nachbarorten sind einige gute Restaurants, besonders in Bled lässt es sich gut verweilen. Wir geben definitiv 5 ⭐️!

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal bei Franz zu Gast und wie beim letzen Mal wieder sehr zufrieden. Die Unterkunft ist perfekt ausgestattet und bietet sich sowohl für kurze als auch für längere Aufenthalte an. Die Lage und die Aussicht vom Balkon sind auch etwas, das die Wohnung sehr attraktiv macht.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft abseits des Trubels von Bled allerdings in unmittelbarer Nähe (Bled ist sogar fußläufig erreichbar) Saŝo und Darja haben das Apartment fantastisch und mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet - es war wirklich alles vorhanden. Besonders hilfreich war auch eine ansprechende Sammlung von nützlichen Infos zur Gegend und zu Aktivitäten. Vielen Dank und bis bald!

Für alle ist die Unterkunft bei Robi nur zu empfehlen. Ein wundervolles Apartment mit einer tollen Terrasse. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit Robi ist phänomenal und seine Tipps hervorragend, vielen Dank lieber Robi

Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und in einer unglaublich schönen Lage. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet mit allen Utensilien die man brauchen kann. In der Umgebung kann man toll wandern gehen, Saskia und Arturs kennen sich gut aus und haben viele hilfreiche Tipps für Unternehmungen. Die beiden waren total freundlich und haben uns viel geholfen. Die Wohnung ist nur zu empfehlen!

L'appartement de Alberto est parfaitement fidèle à la description. Pour notre séjour de 14 jours en Italie, les 2 nuits dans cet appartement ont été nos favorites. Nous avons regretté de ne pas y avoir séjourné plus longtemps. Le confort y est excellent (lits, douche, cuisine, salon, terrasse). L'hôte porte vraiment attention à ce que tout y soit dans les plus petits détails. Nous avons décidé d'y cuisiner nos repas plutôt que d'aller au restaurant, tant nous y étions bien. Le stationnement se fait à la porte. Il y a quelques étages à monter pour aller à l'appartement. À noter que le logement se trouve sur la rue principale et qu'on y entend un peu la circulation. Je suis sensible au bruit mais cela ne m'a pas dérangé. Il y a une belle marche à faire derrière la maison, le long du lac. Ça sera définitivement notre adresse pour un futur voyage dans les dolomites. Merci beaucoup Giovanni et Alberto!

Milena war eine Super-Gastgeberin. Wir konnten zwar nicht früher in das Apartment, aber unser Auto schon parken. Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, ist aber nur wenige Gehminuten vom Fluss und nur ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß von der Innenstadt mit vielen Restaurants und Bars entfernt. Es war alles wie beschrieben. Vor allem die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet.

We loved our stay at Marusa’s beautiful home. The ideal location for travelling around the Slovenia. Quick drive to Bled, Lake Bohinj and the surrounding areas. 10 minute walk into the beautiful town of Radovljica. Marusa and her family were lovely hosts, very responsive to our messages and made us feel at home. Apartment was very clean and functional. Would recommend to anyone travelling around Slovenia.

We had a fantastic stay here, and would definitely recommend it to others! The location is so close to the Soca river, gorge, hikes, waterfalls and mountains.. our days were jam-packed with activities! Being so close to town and shops etc, driving in we thought the area would feel less peaceful. However, because the apartment looks out over lush green gardens toward the mountains, it was SO relaxing and the only sounds we heard from the balcony every evening were birds in the trees. Very special. The interior has been decorated with so much love and is incredibly stylish. We were extra impressed by the cleverly planned automatic sensor-lighting and sound-system - and you will be too if you stay here 😀 The bed was comfortable, kitchen fully equipped, and bathroom squeaky clean. Everything felt very modern and we felt the 'zen' through and through. Would absolutely stay here again, 10/10!

This place exceeded all our expectations. It was absolutely spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable—we slept so well every night. The outdoor area and garden were peaceful, quiet, and surrounded by beautiful views, making it the perfect place to relax. The location is ideal: just 10 minutes from Lake Bled, 20 minutes from Lake Bohinj, and 25 minutes from Triglav National Park. It’s a great base for exploring the natural beauty of the region. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was Marija. She was warm, welcoming, and made us feel completely at home. She went above and beyond—offering tips, personalized itineraries, and tons of local insight. Her kindness and hospitality made our trip so much better than we ever imagined. Highly, highly recommend this gem—we can’t wait to come back!
