Great area, clean and great amenities.

The Airbnb was in a quiet, private street with easy access to the freeway. The outdoor, free street parking was clutch as I was able to park my car overnight right in front of the Airbnb. I never had trouble finding parking.

I had a wonderful stay at Rochelle’s place! The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Rochelle was an attentive and communicative host, making sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood felt safe and welcoming, with great local spots nearby. I appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the home that made it feel warm and inviting. I would absolutely recommend staying here and hope to return in the future!

Felt safe during staying the property. Did not bother by street or neighbours’ noises. A minor thing that could be improved is that we found some cockroaches in Kitchen. I’m not quite sure whether this is common in LA area or not.

Vee was an Awesome host! They always responded very quickly to any queries and made sure I was okay and had everything I needed upon arrival. They were very clear on all instructions and made finding everything to check in very easy to follow. I would definitely recommend and come back again.

Maria’s home was fantastic. Location was perfect. The apartment was incredibly clean and equipped with everything you could need. The views were amazing! Check in was straightforward, we followed the instructions on the booking. Needed to make a brief call for Maria to verify but she picked up on the first ring. Also had a small issue with parking (not Maria’s fault at all!) and she was very responsive and dealt with it very quickly. All in all, our stay was wonderful. Thank you Maria!

Had a comfortable stay at Alisa’s place and would stay here again. Alisa was a responsive host and even had trash bags dropped off when I needed more. The gated parking is a plus. There’s a nice shopping center across the street with all you could need. One thing to note is that the unit faces a gas station and a big intersection so it can get noisy during the day from the road noise.

If you’re visiting the LA area this is the perfect location. Everything is 10-20 minutes within distance. Santa Monica was 35 minutes! My stay was great. It was very clean and I loved the decor. They are also 420 friendly. The only downfall in my opinion is the bed. It was not comfortable for me at all. We had issues with the key fob for the parking gate to open/close but the host responded quickly and brought another and made it right. The area is clean and peaceful. I recommend this stay! You’ll enjoy 😊

This property was our family's favourite in their entire trip to California. The place is exactly what it looks like. It's gorgeous, well-maintained and walking distance from the beach. It has plenty of amenities too. If you plan to cook your own food, you might have to drive a little or door dash your groceries. We really enjoyed our stay!

Truly such an amazing Airbnb along with great customer care experience from host. Laura was super kind enough to let me check in earlier than the listing had stated so I could prepare for an upcoming graduation. The environment is perfect for two people - furniture was super comfortable, bed was clean, comfortable sheets, and the rest of the house was just in pristine condition. Throughout the trip, Laura made sure to check in on me to see if anything else was needed which says a lot! She truly cares about her customers and their time spent while visiting. Thank you again so much for hosting me! I look forward to booking again when I visit Los Angeles. 1000/10 recommend this Airbnb to anyone! This deserves to be a super super host ;)

A stay at this location should be the standard for all airbnbs! Absolutely wonderful location and decor, it was easy to feel right at home the moment we walked through the door. I felt extremely safe and the walkability in downtown Santa Monica can’t be beat. Joe was incredibly responsive to any questions I had and the checkout was standard to a hotel. Other airbnb’s could take a lesson in the friendly demeanor, clean facility, clear instructions and stress free checkout. Highly recommend!

5 Star, highly recommend. Perfect location for UCLA, beaches and restaurants. Mike was a great host, accommodated my quirky request within 24 hours. We needed 3 bed/3 bath privacy for 3 adult couples and the apartment was roomy with plenty of seating, kitchen and bathrooms stocked with whatever you needed, including beach chairs and towels for nearby Santa Monica Beach! The convenient gym, balcony and rooftop court yard was a bonus. Unlike other hosts who hold check-in information hostage, Mike communicated several days before I traveled so I didn’t have to worry about Wi-Fi/internet connection and got directions to the apartment access that was really appreciated as you have 1 million things on your mind and you don’t wanna be worried about how to get in at the last minute or when you’re travel weary.

Absolutely perfect stay! Jen was an angel and so helpful with anything we needed. 10/10 would recommend her place.

Exactly like the pictures. Location is superb. Walking distance to beach, Venice, Santa Monica downtown and even to Marina del Rey. Quiet neighborhood. Great balconies, "to die for" kitchen, modern bathroom and overall nice decor. Safe area and gated garage. Renee could not have been nicer or more responsive. Not a cheap place but worth the cost for high-end accomodations. We will most definitely be back.

Loved the location. There’s a phenomenal coffee shop across the street as well as a Trader Joe’s. Apartment was spacious and clean. It was perfect for what we needed as a family of four. Having two parking spaces was also ideal.

We stayed here with our family of 5 while in town for some medical appts at UCLA. I can not say enough good things about the location. I wanted to love here lol

My stay at Julia’s place was amazing! Great parking location and really easy to find with her instructions. The bed and linen was probably the most comfortable I’ve used at an Airbnb ever so that was perfection. The only issue I faced was intermittent internet. I was working remotely and it seemed the only place I didn’t drop zoom calls or lose WiFi was in the bedroom. This was u fortunate as I am on calls majority of my day. Again, Julia was very responsive, and the home was very well stocked for a two week stay. Thank you Julia, I would for sure stay again!

We felt right at home in Tina’s apartment. It was in a very safe area, was close to everything, and the hot tub was great! The bed was slightly uncomfortable but overall very happy with our stay.

I had a great stay at toms apartment, the listing was exactly as described, and everything worked perfectly. I didnt have any issues during my stay. Tom was very clear with his instructions and extremely helpful throughout. Highly recommended!

The apartment was clean and had a terrific view. We loved the neighborhood and walked by the ocean everyday.

Stefania was an excellent host. Always helpful and responsive. When we arrived we were tired, it was late, and we had some trouble finding the building. If I had printed out her instructions it would have been a breeze. Felt safe and the unit is centrally located. Both the bed and sofa bed were very comfortable. Loved the spacious patio! I recommend using the parking inside the building garage. The street parking is free but fills up quickly. Overall, a nice choice.
