Tiny house holiday rentals in West LA

I was in Burbank to visit friends and family and I was thrilled to find Maggie's Place as it is near where my friends live. It is also basically quiet for an urban environment and very private, safe, and secure at all hours there in Burbank. Maggie was great at communicating on line and her son just happened to park there when I first arrived and he led me through the large white gate into the back of the property where the stand alone "bungalow" with outdoor seating and a well maintained pool are located. Lots of birds sing and play all day and especially at dawn!

My stay at The Venice Love Lodge was great! On nice quiet street it was easy for me and my two dogs to walk the neighborhood. The Love Lodge is very nice and clean is very well stocked with pans, dishes and utensils so we were able to stay in and cook (Ralph’s grocery store was nearby). Although it has been updated even has usb-c ports at the wall outlet this 1940’s era house was great. The TV has an APPLE TV box and you can log in to your account to watch your content (just remember to log out when you leave). I felt very safe walking around and safe parking on the street. The bicycles are in good working condition and was fun riding around. Personally I preferred a Waymo ride to the Santa Monica pier and Venice Boardwalk (theAI car drove better than some of the other rides shares and was slightly cheaper. Overall had a great time and will do again when I can. Thank you Arron and Monica for the use of the Venice Love Lodge.

Had a great stay at the Studio @ Venice and I will definitely be returning in the future. Perfect location and ease of access to so many shops and the beach. Loved the neighborhood and the hosts were great with communication.

What a phenomenal experience once again! We booked with Jennifer for the 2nd time! Jennifer was very nice, polite, responsive, and understanding of anything we needed. Place was clean great backyard, exceptional location close to everything and anything in LA. Thank you for allowing us to relive our great first experience a second time this time with our 1year old child! You are the best!! Will definitely be back!!

We had a wonderful stay at Paul Henry's guest house tucked away in their beautiful garden. It was comfortable and thoughtfully put together: plenty of outlets and charging cables for different devices; shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel in the shower; a great coffee maker with a reusable filter. Paul’s communication and clear instructions made settling in a breeze. The location is also fantastic—it’s rare to be able to walk around so easily in LA!

Great stay and clean little spot! Great for 1-2 people and has everything needed to feel comfortable. I will be staying here again on my next trip to Burbank! Thanks for your hospitality, Patrick!

I’ve had a truly wonderful experience staying in Nathalie’s guesthouse. It’s a beautiful, private space — thoughtfully furnished and extremely comfortable. Having a dedicated parking spot made things so easy, and Nathalie and her family were consistently warm, welcoming, and responsive whenever I had a question. A perfect blend of privacy and hospitality — I couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

This place is absolutely stunning, with one of the most beautiful front and back gardens I’ve ever seen. The backyard was a peaceful spot to relax, and the pool added quite a bit of luxury. I didn’t meet Geoff, but Daren was incredibly warm and welcoming—easily one of the best hosts I’ve had, striking the perfect balance between friendliness and giving space. Has the basic kitchen essentials, hot plate in a drawer, kettle, toaster oven, microwave, wine fridge; it’s PLENTY for a short stay. The guest house feels closely connected to the main home, and the vibe was nothing but positive! I’d stay here again in a heartbeat—10/10 experience

Perfect place for our anniversary weekend! Close to our wedding venue at Calamigos for when we went for a spa day, but also close to the beach for a romantic dinner! So being centrally located was ideal! The Airbnb was also perfect place to come back to after a long day in the sun! Comfy bed, with AC, we loved just cuddling up, watching a movie and relaxing with the view!

Nichola was a lovely host. While we had difficulties at check in - we arrived late into the evening and had challenges navigating the app lock, Nichola was responsive and helpful. After this initial hurdle, the rest of our stay was fantastic! The space is cute and open - lots of great light, very private and peaceful, and easy to come and go.

Diana’s stay was just as pictured and in such proximity to this neighborhood’s LA spots. It is nestled in the hills so it has a great view both day and night with a private patio area that is a bonus as well. There are those stairs — LOL. It’s subjective. For me it worked out okay, and Diana even offered help with my luggage if needed! You will hear the family upstairs some (mostly in the day), but that’s to be expected with a lower unit. All in all, a good stay for whenever life takes me to this part of LA again. :)

Everything about Silvia's place was excellent, and perfect for a vacation to the LA/Burbank area. Checking in and out was a breeze, the house was clean, and the neighborhood is great. The only thing to be aware of is the street parking has limitations (max of 2 hour parking from 8am-4pm during weekdays and no parking during certain hours Thursdays or Fridays), but with all there is to do around LA, this wasn't a problem at all. Silvia was very responsive as well. 10/10, I highly recommend!

First off I have to say, I hate giving this place the great review it deserves, because I don’t want it to be too booked when I come back!!! If you’re looking for a Topanga getaway, you won’t find a better spot. Set up in the tranquil hill, this place is walking distance to stores & markets yet removed enough that you feel like you’re in your own special hippie hangout in the woods. Understand that this is a trailer that has been retrofitted with additional rooms, the living room and bathroom are spacious and the kitchen is perfect. For a bohemian experience, Lisa has thought of every detail to make this an adorable cabin with a hippie vibe. I will be staying here many times in the future when I look to get away from the city and reconnect with nature or just say high to Lisa and her husband, they were wonderful hosts.

Exceptional airbnb! What an incredible stay. Perfect location in the heart of walkable Culver City arts district. Could not ask for a more cozy, well stocked, stylish, and beautiful guest house. Brenda was a perfect host, very helpful and accommodating.

Suzan’s place was wonderful. It is in a great location with plenty of local restaurants and things to do. It was very clean and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Suzan is awesome! Very responsive and ready to help. We will definitely stay here again and are looking forward to our next visit.

Richard's place was great! The location was fantastic and it is easy to get around LA with a Metro stop 5 or so minutes away by foot. His home is beautiful and he has a lovely garden and pool. The space was very comfortable and I would definitely come back. A great place for a single person or couple!

Wonderful space, lighting was well thought out. There’s a view of the canyon that’s spectacular, especially at night. Coffee maker is simply the best. You feel nestled in the trees and comforted by the space. Well worth the price!

Lovely quirky property within 15 min safe walk of Chinese Theatre and 25 to canyon hiking. Host was helpful and property had all we needed for our stay. For supermarket recommend Ralph’s - 10 mins away.

My sister and I come to LA every summer. This was a great place to stay. Echo park- stone’s throw from silver lake. Amazing walks. Pete’s cabin was cool and quiet. Just what we needed.

What an incredible place and host. We absolutely loved our stay in David’s oasis in the Hollywood hills. It’s a fantastic spot for exploring north LA and it’s even walking distance to several breathtaking hikes, a really nice cafe and the Hollywood Bowl. The Beachwood Bungalow is very cosy and extremely well appointed. David has gone to every effort to ensure guests feel at home, we couldn’t think of anything that was missing. The outdoor space was our highlight, there is a perfect pool to cool off in and then everything transforms at night into a magical setting where you can sit outside and enjoy the wonderful garden lightning and atmosphere away from the bustle of Hollywood. Parking is really easy, we never struggled getting a spot on the street right outside. David is really one of the best hosts out there and he was very generous to allow us to stay a little longer because of a late flight out of LAX, we really appreciated this. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
