The host was super friendly and the location is great. So many things to do and go to around that area.

All as described, Mark explains and anticipates all the communication, the place is really cool. I would definitely repeat if I can!!

Thank you so much for the stay! The place is very quiet, it's clean, tidy, the host is super friendly, we needed some things and he provided them. In addition to that, the area was very close to the places we needed, SoFi Stadium. My children had a Kendrick Lamar concert there and we were able to drop them off and pick them up without any problems. We went to Kenneth Hahn State to have a panoramic view of LA, we went to Lacma and I loved arriving and there was a Jazz concert, many malls nearby, many international food restaurants and finally we went to Randy's Donuts and they were delicious.

Stayed at the Broadlind Hotel in mid April 2022 with my boyfriend. Beautiful room and awesome location. Room specs: comfortable queen sized bed, a small desk, a five drawer dresser, kitchen area with a microwave, fridge, stove and oven and two full length mirrors in the main room. We had a corner unit so there was lots of light. No elevator in the building as an fyi for heavy luggage. It did get a little noisy at night because it's near restaurants and bars but it wasn't too bad. The communication with the host was excellent. Only thing we requested were extra towels and they were provided right away. No keys are needed - just access codes to enter the hotel and the room itself. There are washers and dryers on the second floor as well as an adorable common room and patio. There is a grocery store/market right across the street as well as plenty of coffee shops, bars and restaurants. Our favorite two local spots were the Blind Donkey (a bar and they have a few arcade games and a photo booth) and the Breakfast Bar for brunch. Another spot a little further is Rose Park on the Pine, 800 Pine Ave. It's a coffee shop during the day and serves dinner at night. If you like seafood, check if they are serving local shrimp from TransparentSea Shrimp Farm - delicious shrimp! Thank you Broadlind Hotel!

There are no elevators. You have to climb stairs and walk everywhere. Bring walking shoes.

Very safe neighborhood. Proud ownership keeps the place clean and feeling nice. The free breakfast consisted of toast, jelly, hard boiled eggs, milk, cereal and a few other little bits and bobs.

Felt right at home, would book again!

It was beautiful. We had a wonderful view. We had plenty of access to everything if we wanted to walk or if we wanted to cruise. Fun amenities at the hotel, close to the beach. Very worth it. My partner and I will be staying here again.

Andy's place was just as described. Access to laundry was especially appreciated. Clean, well-located, and ideal for our group.

We had a lovely stay at this apartment on the beach. The view is just as pictured -- looking directly out over the water. We stayed here for the last few days of our trip and after being in LA (and the terrible traffic) it was so nice to come out to Redondo Beach. The hosts were very responsive and the instructions to get into the apartment were clear. The property manager even helped us when we had trouble with the lockbox. The included parking spot in the garage of the complex was SO GREAT after being in LA and hunting for parking the entire week. Beach access is super easy -- just walk out and down the stairs and you're there! We couldn't have asked for a better spot. When we were asking each other about our trip highlights, both of us said our time in Redondo Beach was our favorite over anything we did in LA. If we find ourselves in South Bay again, we'll stay here. FYI, fellow Texans, don't panic -- you don't need AC. The beach breeze is cool all day and night!

We had a wonderful and brief overnight stay. The place was beautiful and we had ample space. The front desk clerk was helpful and provided restaurant recommendations (we were able to walk to a variety of restaurants). I hope we are able to stay again for a bit longer to enjoy all the nice amenities.

Very easy to find and in a great area! The space was clean, the bed was comfortable, and it had everything we needed. My only tiny complaint was the parking… it was pretty difficult to find a spot we could park our car and not worry about getting a ticket
