Lovely, peaceful, and cozy! It was the perfect place to unwind after being around hectic LA all day. Graham was also super helpful with anything we might need and checked up on us via chat a few times. I felt well cared for!! He also helped us unlock the door when I had difficulty with the lock. Lovely home and wonderful host!!

Beautiful, well maintained home with an inviting, comfortable atmosphere. Friendly, accommodating hosts with clear and accurate communication. Would stay here again if the need arises.

Staying at Howard and Jaqui's beautiful Santa Monica home, Serenity, was an unforgettable experience. The private outdoor patio provided a peaceful sanctuary, perfect for relaxing in quiet solitude. What truly set this stay apart, though, was the exceptional warmth and care from Howard and Jaqui. During the unprecedented Pacific Palisades fires, they went above and beyond—coming over to check on us, answering questions, and offering support with genuine concern. Their kindness and hospitality made all the difference. They are truly lovely people, and their home is a perfect reflection of their heart and generosity. I couldn’t have asked for better hosts.

Rose Ann’s place was just as described. It’s got privacy if that’s what you want but also can be opened up to the beautiful back yard and patio by the pool. Very nice place

Truly fabulous place to stay! We were displaced in the LA Fires and were fortunate enough to make this our home-away-from-home for 4 weeks. Elizabeth and Ryan were amazing hosts - going above and beyond with all the extras because they knew our situation. They stocked the fridge and cabinets with all the basics and a few treats and even had fresh bread and flowers waiting when we arrived. There wasn’t one thing missing from the house and they were incredibly responsive and generous. 5 stars is an understatement on this little zen gem tucked up in the hills… serene with a fantastic view, koi fish in the pond, and the sound of trickling water to fall asleep to at night. We had a wonderful stay! Mehry was an incredibly kind and attentive host—always helpful and easy to communicate with. The home was spotless, cozy, and fully stocked with everything we needed. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions. We truly felt at home and would happily stay again. Highly recommended!

Looks like renovating was finished the day before— that clean and new feeling. Very nice host. Fast complete responses. Very comfortable place for 2. Easy walk to Wilshire Blvd with both Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods 1 1/2 blocks away. Highly recommended

This property was our family's favourite in their entire trip to California. The place is exactly what it looks like. It's gorgeous, well-maintained and walking distance from the beach. It has plenty of amenities too. If you plan to cook your own food, you might have to drive a little or door dash your groceries. We really enjoyed our stay!

This was the third stay at Clarissa's place for my husband and me. The location works well for us as it's near our son and his family. We also appreciate that we can bring our dog along. As always, the unit was clean and everything was as described.

Neal's apartment felt like a second home from the moment my son and I walked in! This welcoming one-bedroom is filled with beautiful plants (as a huge Pothos fan, I was in heaven!), and you can tell Neal has put thoughtful details into every corner of his humble and pristine space. The location is fantastic - quiet, safe neighborhood that felt perfect for a mother-son getaway. Everything was spotlessly clean and Neal was an excellent host, making sure we checked in safely and had everything we needed. My only tiny suggestion would be adding a few more spices to the kitchen - a little garlic salt, Adobo, or paprika never hurt anybody! 😊 But honestly, that's being picky because everything else was perfect. Fun coincidence: Back in 2017 when I worked in pharma, one of my clients was Kite, whose HQ is right around the way from Neal's place. Small world! We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely return. Thank you for sharing your beautiful space with us, Neal!

We stayed in a cottage on the Venice canals 35 years ago, loved the vibe and location, and have always wanted to visit again. It is every bit as charming as I remembered. The great restaurants and shops along Abbot Kinney are within walking distance, as is the beach. Our favorite activity while there was walking around the canals. The combination of interesting architecture, lush gardens, and abundant wildlife are such a treat.

Exactly as advertised with a great host to match! Akaisha was super responsive if we had questions - one night we came back and couldn’t find any street parking and the hosts were able to figure something out for us. Would be great if there was built in parking for this unit as there’s a good amount of room on the property, but we knew it was street parking when booking. Not a lot of noise from Venice Blvd or the 10! Decent neighborhood, easy to get to main street walking. The unit itself was really great, though don’t bank on using the couch to sleep, it’s not very comfortable. It’s a tried and true one bedroom with one bed.

Adorable, private, and quiet space centrally located in Santa Monica. Hosts were super friendly and thoughtful and the place came with so many amenities and thoughtful touches.

Thank you Jennifer for an amazing stay! The building was beautiful! And the place was just as described. It’s definitely on the small side, but essentially the size of a normal hotel room. If you would like to cook, keep in mind there’s no kitchen other than a microwave and coffee maker, though that wasn’t an issue for us. Also had a partial ocean view from the top floor and large windows you can open to feel the breeze. Even though it was an older building (on the Santa Monica registry of historic buildings), it was beautifully updated and spotless. Felt very safe with a gated courtyard and a gorgeous neighborhood just 2 blocks from the beach. The neighborhood was quiet, and it was only a 10min walk or so to the shops and restaurants, maybe 15-20min to the pier. We loved our stay and only wish we could’ve stayed longer. Would definitely consider it again!

My stay here was fantastic! The view is unparalleled - Completely unobstructed views of the ocean and the mountains! The location is great - Close to the beach, boardwalk, promenade and Montana Avenue. The apartment was spotless and the building is safe and secure. The large parking garage is a huge bonus. Check-in was easy and smooth. The hosts were incredibly nice and super responsive. I definitely enjoyed my stay and would absolutely stay here again!

Listing was clean and as described. Location was walkable and close to many metro bike stations, where you can rent bikes for pretty cheap. I’d recommend going up north more towards Santa Monica than south towards Venice.

Absolutely thrilled about our stay here. It’s a beautiful condo with the best LA decor. Everything was clean and comfortable. Also- Having a WORKING washing machine in an Airbnb was a game changer! The rooftop views- wow!! How cool to have a pool and hot tub on the roof! There is also no reason to feel unsafe at this location (I saw other reviews with some worries). The security at the front desk was AMAZING. They will not let anyone in that is not supposed to be in the building. They eventually know you by name and greet you. They walked me outside to show me exactly how to get to the convenient parking garage provided by the host. (The parking garage is just as secure!) I could go on and on about our experience- but it will only allow me to write so much! Thank you so much Brandon! We will be back! If you want to stay downtown LA- stay here.

Very nice place to relax after a busy day in LA. The patio is beautiful and inviting. The place itself is cute and perfect for 2. An Avis car rental is literally around the corner which is super convenient. Although most restaurants and busy Santa Monica streets are not far, be aware that it is a good 20-30 mn walk through a commercial area to get there.

Booked for the rooftop pool view and it did not disappoint. The parking spot was a nice bonus. The unit itself was nice. Comfy bed, big tv, very clean. As others mentioned, it’s very bright; bring an eye mask if you don’t want to be up with the sunrise.

This place was absolutely beautiful with an amazing view of the water! Beach access was also great to have very close by! It was great being able to fall asleep with the sound of the waves! Amazing air bnb to stay at!

The stay was very comfortable & homey. Great kitchen & living room space. Big bedroom with washer and dryer. Much bigger in person than it looks on the app. I recommend this play for a quiet getaway & subtle experience. Very quiet and peaceful, plus the hosts were great. Very responsive and proactive, answered any and all questions I had quickly.

John and Vincent were perfect hosts. Went out of their way to make the check in smooth, and be responsive. Their bnb is in a fantastic location, we walked everywhere , access to the beach was super easy and we were surrounded by great restaurants. My family had a wonderful break, we would go back in a heartbeat.
