We are 15 min drive from beach, downtown, UNCW, Cozy open living area with couch and chair TV/WiFi/Roku, air purifier. Kitchen space has sink, refrig, Microwave, toaster and coffeemaker, table/chairs, dishes, note NO oven. Bath has walk in shower, no tub. Sleeping area has full size double bed. Outside: Salt water pool!, hot tub, hot/cold shower, grill, eating and lounging areas. We are happy to loan you beach chairs. as of Nov. 2, 2023, the hot tub is out of service. Working on a solution.

Get away from it all with this, rustic tiny home situated on a small farm. Sit out front and enjoy the sunset while you watch the horses, donkeys, goats and cows. We do ask you do not feed the animals. There is no wifi available, you can use your hotspot on your cell device for the tv. Microwave and grill with a side burner for cooking. No indoor stove or oven. Toilet and sink inside, shower is right outside. Close to downtown Wilmington and all the beaches! Lots of local history as well!
