You will stay in a historic old town house with a unique cellar vault from the 12th century. century. It contains the popular Beer Dorado Tarantino's, which serves up to 50 regional beer specialties and perhaps the best stone oven pizzas in town. Despite its immediate proximity to the center, there is not much to be felt from the nocturnal old town bustle of the city center. Ostengasse is a traffic-calmed bicycle street. The perfect small apartment for two people who appreciate a direct connection to Regensburg's old town but want to relax in a quiet location and set off directly from the front door to the park and the adjacent nature reserve. The house with three parties offers privacy through its own access, but also a personal environment and contact person in case of problems. Lidl and bakery open on Sundays only 250 m away.

The apartment is in the newly renovated attic of a listed large house in 2023/24 (after a major fire in 2022 in the house, everything was completely renovated). It is well equipped, cozy and offers plenty of space for families with children. Wi-Fi, TV and a play corner are included. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Dogs can be brought along. There are two cats in the house: Mimi and Sally.
