Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Württemberg

Anna was a great host for a beautiful apartment in the beautiful town of Dinkelsbuhl. She was quick to respond to any questions we had. I highly recommend this historic property right in the Alstadt.

We were looking for a little break from everyday life and found it here. A beautiful little house, great fireplace, cozy sauna, very appealing decor, very nice garden and the highlight that our dog was warmly welcomed. We will be back. 😊

No more romantic a stay than the 465 yr old Tower Guardians house. attached to the iconic walls of Rothenburg. All modern amenities and cleanliness while being able to take two steps out of the door and be in downtown historic Rothenburg. cannot recommend it enough!

We spent a nice week in this refined and very well-equipped house. Nothing was missing despite the purist design (hardly any pictures on the walls, no cabinets, but instead very good pillows, cozy sofa, good beds, great fireplace & plenty of wood, good garden furniture, top kitchen equipment). Overall highly recommended with great excursion opportunities to Kirchberg, Rotenburg, Schwäbisch Hall etc...

Decorated with love and very clean. The kitchen has everything you need and also extra touches such as candles, games, Bluetooth box, etc. The fireplace was already prepared and we also enjoyed it very much. Ideal place to slow down for a few days:))

Alex was an incredible host, friendly and available. He lives next door and provided detailed instructions about every room, it's equipment, and the surroundings- which was appreciated. The house is big and had everything we needed. We could also use their normal bicycles and helmets to ride in the neighborhood. Highly recommend it!

Beautiful quiet accommodation, good facilities (grill, sauna, garden, modern kitchen), super easy and proactive communication with the host. Gladly again!

Beautiful studio where the most important things are available (e.g. hair dryer, dishes...). Parking near the accommodation was possible. It was also not far until you could explore the area on dirt roads, which I really liked. Only small criticism - I found it relatively cool in the studio at the end of February, but also did not operate the oven.

Dorothee was wonderful and her place was a delight to stay in. I had issues on the road and arrived late. She was more than accommodating and even helped me with dinner when she realized I wouldn't get any due to the late hour. I heavily enjoyed my time here in this peaceful residence. I only wish I stayed here longer. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Our stay with Christine was just great! The apartment with the sunny roof terrace was very clean and beautifully furnished. The kitchen was fully equipped, so you could cook well. As a justification, there was a delicious cake in the refrigerator and during our stay there was homemade lemonade. Accommodation and hostess 10/10. We would definitely come back :-)

We felt very comfortable in Franca's apartment. It is large, superbly equipped and beautifully furnished. The location is perfect, especially if you want to enjoy nature. The communication with Franca was very nice and we will be happy to come back.

The apartment is an absolute dream - the terrace is beautiful and invites you to relax. Kitchen, bathroom and room are super well equipped and lovingly furnished. The rolls are fresh in the morning in the local restaurant with appropriate pre-order. The location directly on the Tauber and thus with direct access to the Tauber Cycle Path offers plenty of space for excursions into the surrounding area. Whether Riemenschneider altars, Rothenburg ob der Tauber, the opposite direction or at the top: we enjoyed all the tours and did not move our car for 5 days. Frederike is a wonderful, accommodating landlady. We thank you very much for the wonderful time and will be happy to come back.

We were kindly welcomed by Ariane. We even found the space larger than shown in the photos. Actually all the amenities and skills were present in the apartment and you can see that a lot of attention has been paid to make it super cozy and enjoyable. Travel books, large bed, Smart TV and coffee and bathroom supplies and many more handicrafts were present. It is a beautiful location for walks or as a starting point for (car/bike) trips in the Odenwald. There is also a small swimming pool from June that you can use. In short, recommended.

Very nice house and great location! We felt very comfortable - especially the beautiful sauna and the home cinema (huge screen, great seats and sound system!) appealed to us. We felt very comfortable in the "villa". It's not super easy to find and the description should be optimized a little. The villagers: But inside, they already know and Maxi also welcomed us super nicely. We would have had an infinite amount of conversation with permaculture and self-sufficient living! The cottage is quaint and cozy, well equipped and the view of the beautiful Jagst Valley is simply fantastic. A highlight is definitely the pizza oven, as well as the swimming spot about a 20-minute walk on the Jagst, which we both used and enjoyed despite (or because of) autumnal temperatures. The house is an absolute dream – from the furnishings to the ambience to the loving details, everything is designed with a lot of heart. Everything you need is available - and much more! We were particularly impressed by the sauna and the whirlpool, both in perfect condition and ideal for relaxing. More detailed instructions for heating the pool would have been helpful, but did not affect the enjoyment. The quiet location ensures real relaxation, the ambience invites you to switch off. You can see the attention to detail, from the soft towels to the stylish bathrobes. The host was very friendly, the communication pleasant - a little faster answers would be nice, but that's a high level of complaining. A small suggestion for improvement: a charging facility for electric cars would be great today. Overall, an all-round successful weekend that we would like to repeat. Please continue in the same way!

The accommodation was just like in the photos: modern, clean and furnished with great attention to detail. We were there for a few workshop days for work and felt completely comfortable. The quiet surroundings and stylish ambiance created an inspiring atmosphere in which creative work was wonderfully possible. Saartje is a great hostess. Very warm, quick to reach and always helpful. All our questions were answered immediately, and a later check-out was also completely uncomplicated after prior arrangement. We were 100% satisfied and can recommend the accommodation without reservation, both for professional stays and for private breaks.

A very quiet and peaceful place. A little chilly, but the fireplace and electric heaters make it up. Especially recommended if you want some peace and quiet.

We felt very comfortable in the beautifully located house. The surroundings are idyllic and invite you to hike in the vineyards. Everything in the house was clean, well-maintained and perfectly prepared. The check-in was straightforward, so we could arrive directly and enjoy the (short) vacation. Beds are very comfortable, we slept well. The shopping facilities directly on site are also practical - so we were able to take good care of ourselves at any time. The connection to public transport is also great, so we could easily make excursions to the surrounding area. Overall, it was a completely successful stay for us. We can fully recommend the house!

The accommodation is very suitable for a larger group, as there are many rooms and several bathrooms and toilets. As a large family (2 parents, 4 teenagers, aunt and grandfather), we appreciated the large dining table for socializing and playing games and enjoyed the large terrace with grill for barbecue evenings. There is enough space for everyone to be together, but also to rest alone. The hosts were very friendly and inquired about our well-being every day and responded quickly to our questions. The neighbors were also very friendly and even gave us tips for excursions and information about the area and its history. The area has many opportunities for activities for all ages: Excavated lakes for swimming, Ulm for sightseeing or shopping. But we liked the gelateria best, which was 5 minutes' walking distance away:-)) It was a very nice weekend and we would love to come back! Warmly, Family
