Zur umfangreichen Ausstattung gehören Backofen, Spülmaschine, 43 Zoll QLED Fernseher, Digitalradio, Föhn uvm. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden während Ihres Aufenthaltes zur Verfügung gestellt. Are you looking for a quiet place to stay, would you like to spend your free time in the countryside and at the same time live near the city center? You can do this in our sunny 2-room apartment (65 m²) in Frauenland with a large southwest terrace and direct access to the pool and garden. The pool and garden are also used by us. A kettle grill is available for grilling. With bus lines 14, 114 and 214 you can reach the city center in 10 minutes and the university at Hubland in 2 minutes.

The quietly located apartment on the outskirts of Oberaltertheim is located in a two-family house. The small Franconian village is idyllically nestled in the Altbachtal southwest of Würzburg. The A81-Gerchsheim federal highway is only 4 km away and the A3-Kist is about 8 km away. In the village there is a bakery and butcher shop, as well as an organic farm shop (only open on weekdays) and an ATM. A few kilometers away there are other grocery stores and gas stations in neighboring towns

Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.
