Stayed with my friends for a festival, was a short trip to leeds centre, the flat was tidy and had everything we needed, big tv and comfy sofa, key pad entry was convenient, all enjoyed our stay and host was friendly, thank you Kim 😊

A spacious bedroom apartment with a working kitchen in a quiet street in the basement of Hafeezur's house but with its own entrance. I stayed here while looking for houses across the country as Bradford is a central location in the north. There's a bus stop six minutes away that takes about 20 minutes to get into town. The buses could be a little more regular but they work. I used this to get the train to various places. There is a corner shop a few minutes away and a bunch of shops including a morrisons 15 minutes away. Hafeezur was very friendly and offered me free food a couple of times. There were no really issues.

Great stay, clean and tidy upon arrival and easy check in with clear instructions. 10 mins walk from station, ideal location.

I booked to stay for 2 nights, but wish I stayed for longer. The apartment was beautiful, the decoration was modern and simplistic but homely. The location of the property is extremely ideal being right in the city centre and having everything you need within a few minutes walk. The views are amazing- especially on an evening or early morning to catch the sun rise/set! Beautiful skyline. There is a little Bit of outside noise, but nothing major and that the TV doesn’t cover- you can’t hear anything from the bedroom so your sleep is undisturbed. I was greeted at check in and shown around the apartment and the host was quick to respond with any queries I had. It was worth every penny spent. It was a lovely place to have some peace before the new year. Thank you for the lovely stay! I’ll be sure to book again in the future.

Lovely penthouse. Spacious, clean and modern, with all the necessary amenities. Local to city centre. Jane was really responsive and made our stay perfect.

This was our second time at Phils, first time to celebrate my 70th second time for my husbands 75th. When I asked my family where they wanted to celebrate my husbands 75th birthday it was Phils place. Its perfect for our multi-generational family, amples of space and the pool and hot tub are the icing on the cake. We all had the best time and we made lots of memories. Thank you Phil for the use of your lovely home.

Booked this for my partners birthday, we had the most amazing stay, everything was exactly like the pictures, Lucy was very welcoming and was very friendly! We had the most beautiful stay and we will definitely be booking again!! There is an amazing restaurant just down the road called the gatsby, we had food and drinks here food was delicious and service was excellent. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend a special day, had a lovely homely feel!

Very steep stairs, not suitable for anyone with mobility issues but it was fine for us and it was a bit difficult to open the main gate as you have to press a letter, the pin then another letter on the main gate which wasn't clarified (or we just did it wrong or i didn't read it properly) but once we had it open it was all okay. Area does seem quite rough but the people, neighbors are lovely so don't let the area put you off booking here. I was completely trashed after a night out and walked down the road to see if a takeaway was open and two guys at the end of the street saw me stumbling and just walked me back to the Airbnb and locked the gate behind me. I am extremely grateful to those people, overall had a great night in Leeds and the Airbnb was very clean. Host responds really quickly-there was an issue with the fridge which the host offered to come out and fix immediately but we didn't need it so I said no. Also very cheap for the amount of people that can sleep here.

We had a wonderful stay here & were made to feel really welcome in Lisa’s home. The garden was an added bonus for our family & we were able to enjoy breakfast & evenings outside in this lovely environment. It was only about a 15 min walk to Peasholm Park & the North Bay. Really fab, thank you :)

Bang in the City Centre and all the bars clubs & restaurants. Obviously you then have to be aware of noise but what do you expect in the middle of Leeds. Great spot

Had a really lovely stay at Jodie’s place whilst we went to Beverly races. The place is lovely and spacious and couldn’t be much closer to town. Definitely would stay again ❤️

Heather really went the extra mile for us and was very accommodating when I asked for a slightly later checkout. I absolutely recommend her house.

We were both impressed with the apartment n enjoyed our fabulous views from the lounge. Sofa, n bed were both comfortable for us, including the pillows, musch to our delight. I asked our host if there was a cafetiere in the kitchen, n he had made sure, he could provide one, which was appreciated by us. Cost of apartment was very reasonable and accessing apartment was made very easy with a key code. We would definitely stay in this accommodation again

Great room for the price paid, easy access to the city centre and amenities and a really nice room. Mahnoor was easy to contact and very helpful as a host. Would happily stay again

Joanna is such a lovely host, she was very welcoming and I felt really at home. The room is in such a good location for all things Harrogate and I had a very relaxed visit 😊

Close to Leeds centre, good host good stay and good checkout times

The apartment was lovely, can not fault it at all. The host was extremely helpful and friendly. Also left plenty of snacks and goodies at the apartment. Would 100% recommend staying here. Wouldn’t think twice about booking again. Was a wonderful stay 👍🏼

Lovely spot a short walk across the Stray from Harrogate. Accommodating host. Parking in front of the buildings available every time we needed. Lovely neighbor who helped with suggestions on music enjoyment, insurance policies and waste processing. Highly Recommended.
