Holiday rentals with beach access in Yorkshire

Jane's apartment is fantastic! It's spacious, beautifully furnished and has wonderful views. Four of us stayed for one night and found it comfortable and quiet. We enjoyed a nice walk along the prom and found a handy pub to have a good lunch in. The city centre is within easy reach with good transport connections. We were made to feel at home by Jane and the cold beers in the fridge on arrival were most welcome! Thank you. Her communication and instructions were excellent from the moment we booked. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Liverpool. Highly Recommended!

We have just spent a lovely few days at Seas The Day. Beverley is very helpful and replies to messages very promptly. The apartment was immaculate and contained everything you might need for your stay. The view is perfect and the situation is very convenient for town, buses and parking outside was a bonus. I have no hesitation in recommending it ....so long as it is still available when we book it again.

This was our third stay in Brooklands Hideaway and it was a great as ever. If you are looking for a stay in Scarborough then it really is worth it. The flat is spacious, clean and we feel right at home. It is also just a short walk down to the beach and into town while also being tucked away from everything so is relaxing and quiet. The host is also very helpful and accommodating and check in instructions are very easy to follow.

Val was very helpful even before we arrived sending us places to eat or visit. The place has plenty of touches giving a nod to the sea and beach as you only a stoned throw away. Towels milk, biscuits and even a bottle of wine were all waiting for us when we arrived. Whitby centre is a 5 minute walk away, very quaint with plenty of places to eat. We walked to Robin Hoods Bay on the Cinder trail, great if you you like a long senic walk, a few pubs and cafés to rest in before you walk back. Thanks Val really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location and size for me and my son. Would do a small family - sofa bed worked well. Kitchen is compact with everything you need. On a second floor with quite a few stairs- not an issue for us but if you don’t do stairs that would be the only issue. Felt private and safe. Didn’t need to meet Dean but every interaction was great. Thanks!

Had a problem with the key when arrived, and it was sorted with in 15 mins. couldn't fault the price and excellent communication from host. I would recommend this property, and would myself stay again.

We had a fantastic stay with Pete and sally there place is excellent, clean , ideally located for all the amenities Pete gave us very clear instructions on finding them how to get in plus where parking is, the views from across the road are amazing plus very romantic if like me you proposed to your girlfriend (she said yes!!🥰) would definitely recommend there apartment and proposing 🤣

Claudia’s place has been as wonderful as always. My wife and me have stayed here numerous times and has been equally comforting each time. Claudia advises on the tide times which is very helpful. Bramleys cottage is like home and have enjoyed every stay. Thanks Claudia❤️

Great property and location for a nice quiet stay by the coast. Very close to lots of tourist locations. Very spacious property with a fantastic garden which is ideal if you have a dog.

1 nights stay wasn’t enough. Perfect location, central to everything plus a 2 min walk to the sea front. Very beautiful, stylish and comfortable accommodation with everything we needed. Sarah was a lovely host and we loved the leaded Shrimp window. 🩷 Already looking at coming back.

we had a lovely 4 nights in the Thomas Gray House. Such beautiful settings. we took some of the recommended pubs and restaurants and were not disappointed. the house did feel very cosy and a home from home. we will be visiting this estate again.

We recently stayed here and had a great experience. The property is in a great location with easy access, and it’s close to a convenient local car park (although it’s a bit small if you were travelling in peak time). The house itself is modern, clean, and well set up with good amenities. Communication with the host was also excellent. It’s a lovely clean place in a great spot, we had a perfect few days!

We stayed here for four night at the start of the Summer 2025. The cottage is right on the pier in the middle of Whitby. We basically dropped the bags off parked the car and forgot about driving anywhere for the entire time we were at Whitby. Highly Recommended.

what an amazing flat. the views of Huntcliffe were incredible. such a clean beautiful place to stay. really convenient parking space. well equipped kitchen, comfy sofas and beds. really spacious. prime position in Saltburn. really prompt comms. highly recommend. thank you

We loved our stay in Amanda's flat. It was very clean and tidy and well equipped with quality furnishings . The flat was very quiet . Paring was very easy and excellent to have. The flat is very well located and town is only a short walk away. We would definitely recommend this flat for a short stay in Whitby as Whitby proved to be larger than we appreciated and we realise there is more to see. Also, huge number of good bars and restaurants within easy reach. the sea view is also a huge plus. Only thing we think would improve the flat would be a few more lamps in the living room and bedrooms for ease of reading . Also, a soap tray in the en-suite bathroom would not go amiss. We are already considering booking again while we can.

We stayed with Alison and John for goth weekend in April 2025. The apartment is amazing, there was everything you could ever had needed plus a lovely welcome gift too. The heated mirror in the bathroom was a good surprise! The location was perfect for all the happenings at goth weekend. Would definitely stay again if lucky enough to find it empty 🖤

We spent 2 nights in this apartment while visiting friends in Blackpool. The apartment is fantastic - spacious and well appointed, with the highlight being the living room which has huge windows looking out over the sea which is approximately 500 metres away. The owner sent us detailed instructions before arrival and we were asked to ring him as soon as we arrived, so that he could go through various features of the apartment with us. Overall, the communication was excellent. We would thoroughly recommend this apartment if you are planning to stay in Blackpool.

Such a great apartment. We were both really happy with everything provided. We struggled to find anything wrong. I would be more than happy to stay here again.
