Serviced apartment holiday rentals in Yorkshire

Excellent location that is right on the Main Street. Many pubs and restaurants right in front. Love all the quaint little shops to look at. The apartment is cosy. The master bedroom is huge & well furnished. The door of the downstairs toilet cannot close so we will ask someone to place a chair outside the door. The stairs leading to the apartment is steep so be careful whilst going up and down the stairs. Access to parking space is very tight through the archway so we parked at the Central Car Park a few minutes walk away Overall a good value for money.

Dan and Karen were incredibly responsive in helping me facilitate a last minute trip. Can’t fault the booking process or the property in any way. We will certainly be back in the future.

Very good accommodation in a central location only five minutes or so from Derby town centre. Comfortable beds and a generous supply of towels. As what's offered is one of a number of apartments within a large block, the image on the posting may be slightly different from the apartment you are allocated. NB Although the description states that Netflix is provided, you have to bring your own login.

Stepped in at last minute to provide accommodation when I was let down. Place was so beautiful and location was perfect. Host stayed in touch, provided lots of info and was very flexible. Even provided a little care package as I was so stressed! Will defo book again!

Loved being on Rodney street. Very central, whilst also not too hectic with folks passing by at night n day. Ten mins walk to lime Street and centre of city, whilst also by loads of buses etc to get around. Particularly good price weekdays, which was handy for me to bring my brother for first trip up in 30 years. Windows open a little, which I need for airflow. Good size bedrooms and blackout curtains. Proper oven and fridge freezer so you can cook but also alot of basic and bougie places to eat. A city of character and heart even when students are pouring in 😎

We stayed for 2 nights to attend our daughter's graduation. The flat was perfect for our group of 4 adults and very well located for the university and for eating out in the evenings. Wish we had had more time to go to the Art Gallery and do some shopping as well! Would stay there again.

Clean apartment as per pics, walkable to Saltaire and local restaurants.

This was a very spacious flat. The long lovely windows allowed lots of light into the living room and the view outside was pretty good. The flat was very clean, with a welcomed supply of basic cleaning materials. The people in the area were warm and friendly and we felt safe in and outside the building. The flat is located close to ‘Aldi and Lidel’ supermarket, there are also lots of small local shops in the area. The town centre is in easy reach together with cafes and restaurants. Everything went smoothly, John (the host) made easy arrangements for us to have access to the flat key. John was also readily available to answer any queries we had related to the flat. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others.

Lovely modern fresh apartment. Clean and comfortable beds although not king sized as advertised. Not too hot and you don’t hear any noise from the road. A short walk to the center. Parking was a bit difficult we parked on a street 5 minutes walk away first night and then found Morrisions car park which was £8.50 for 24 hrs and a short walk. There is a small patch of grass nr the Costa for your dog.

Thank you so much. This day was amazing. We had to book on the day as we were scammed by another host. Five minutes after booking the landlord came to us and let us into the flat and showed us where everything was.! The flat was Beautiful and the bed was so comfy!! 100% will stay again

A really lovely little apartment that's obviously been designed and created with love and care. It was very cosy and clean, the bed was dreamy and even despite a sudden heat wave, once the gorgeous skylight windows were opened, I had a remarkably good sleep. It seemed like the bedding was very breathable and good quality. It was also very quiet at night, even with the windows open. The stairs are the most minor inconvenience but Oluchi very kindly offered to help with luggage which I didn't take her up on but was very much appreciated. The building common areas could do with some love but do not reflect at all on the apartment itself, which was immaculate: you forget all that as soon as you're in. As for the location, it's perfect. 5-10 minutes walking to central city centre, there's a bus stop 3 minutes away, 20 minute walk to the station, a million SUPER cafes and restaurants all close by, never felt unsafe... in short, highly recommended!

Got exactly what I paid for, the room and bathroom were lovely and clean. The bed was very comfortable and I had a relaxing stay.
