Holiday rentals with a balcony in Zirl

Very well equipped apartment. It has everything you need. Very clean and with new furniture. Host is very friendly and helpful. Location is perfect if you using a car, for walking it is a little bit hard as the house is on top of the village and you have to walk on very steep street. You have a lot of ski zones near the village. It takes between 20-40 minutes with car to go to the top of the ski zones like Fiss, St.Anton, Ischgl and many more. Our stay was perfect.

Our stay at Katharina's place was great. The apartment is very nice and we didn't miss anything. Katharina was a very helpful and warm host.

This is the most beautiful airbnb I have ever stayed at and exceeded our expectations. The only complaint I have is that the WiFi was not very good, so don’t plan to do any work on the wifi if you have some. Overall I’d still give this 10/10, host was awesome, place was very clean, and the sauna is spectacular. I can’t thank them enough for letting us stay here. You won’t regret staying at the airbnb.

We were in the apartment as a participant of the Transalpine Run. Although the house belonged to a campsite, we had enough peace and privacy to prepare and relax. All nice people who took care of the apartment.

Ramona was an amazing host, the Apartment was unbelievable with views you can only dream of. Ramona and her family were very kind. We would highly recommend this location. The bathroom door is a sliding glass door that doesn’t lock and our 2yr old doesn’t understand personal space or privacy. Plenty of space and very clean.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was peaceful and a stunning location. The house was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils.

A really lovely week in lovely Schönblick. Hans Peter and Bianca are the perfect hosts! Everything was clean and tidy - just like the photos. We were 9 people and had nice space. Nice kitchen with dining area and cozy living room next door. Kappl dorf is a cozy little town with nice shopping opportunities. The ski bus goes right outside the door. The only downside, though, is that it doesn't go directly to Ischgl-you have to change along the way. We ended up taking the car - easy and cheap to park in Ischgl.

Beautiful spacious,well located,clean cozy house. Spacious dining room. Large well-equipped kitchen. Our group of 24 elderly people was very comfortable in the house. Close to the bus stop and lifts. Recommended for groups and families. There are several apartments in the house

We LOVED our stay here! The house was perfect for our large group, and Nadine was even flexible with opening up an extra room on the ground floor for my handicapped MIL so she wouldn't have to climb the stairs. There were several great restaurants within walking distance and the gondola was also within walking distance. The house had everything we needed for our stay, the beds were very comfortable, and the little outside garden and seating area was so lovely and a very nice little retreat to enjoy the weather. Our only complaint was that we paid a refundable 200 euro cash breakage deposit when we arrived, but were only refunded 125 due to a tax that was not communicated to us prior. Otherwise, we highly highly recommend this home, would absolutely return, and even sent the listing to our friends who live locally to recommend to any of their visitors.

Spatious, clean and nicely equipped accomodation. The landlady was very friendly and communication was pleasant and easy. Enough parking space, well equipped kitchen with enough utensils, pots etc. for a big group. The proximity of busy road B186 was not much of a problem.

We were on site with my brother's bachelor party. The cabin is secluded and quiet. Accessible by car was also no problem. Everything made a very well-maintained and clean impression. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a secluded cabin. However, you have to keep in mind that the journey into the valley takes at least 15 minutes.

A beautiful place in a beautiful location. In the quiet, peaceful Bairbach with Telfs within walking distance. Stunning mountain view from balcony, garden located next to forest. 30min drive from Innsbruck. The sauna is a brilliant add-on to wind down after hiking in the mountains. Everything was clean when we arrived. The hostess was also very sweet and provided us with everything we could’ve asked for. You will find it hard to be disappointed when booking this place. Especially considering the price, there is not much more one could ask for.
