Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.

The newly renovated studio is in a prime location in the heart of Arosa. Shopping and the bus stop are right in front of the house. The accommodation is ideal for two people. The apartment is also suitable for a small family with one or two children. The two freestanding sofa elements are converted into a large bed (240 x 200). There is no parking at the house. The "Brüggli" parking garage at the ski school is best suited.

The family-friendly 75 sqm (3.5 rooms) ground floor apartment is located on the outskirts of Churwalden. The pretty Grisons village, the entry portal to the Arosa-Lenzerheide ski resort. The place has a spectacular summer toboggan run. The center with shopping, outdoor pool / ice rink, as well as all lift stations are within 10 minutes' walk. The return trip from the slopes to the house is possible by skis or bus.

Our 2½-room attic apartment in the chalet "Steilalva" is located on a unique, idyllic, car-free edge of the forest on the Upper Forest Promenade - one of the many beautiful Aroser (winter) hiking trails - in close proximity to the 5-star Hotel Tschuggen with the Bergoase Spa built by Mario Botta. In winter, skiing in/out is possible directly from the house. In summer, we are in the middle of a hiking paradise.
