Our residence with a garden has 2 bedrooms. There are beds for 2 people. There is 1 bathroom and an American kitchen and living room. Sahil Street, Barbaros Street, 13 Nisan Street, Ayvalık Square and Bazaar, Antikacılar Street, cafes, bars and taverns and historical places to see are within a 5-10 minute walk. There is a small garden, a living room, kitchen and a bathroom on the ground floor. Upstairs, there are two rooms, one with a double bed and the other with a single bed, and the double room has air conditioning.
