Cabin holiday rentals in Berchtesgaden

We were there with a group and had a great time. The cottage has absolutely met our requirements. Everything you need is available. The view is outstanding And the whirlpool was our absolute highlight. We'd love to come back.

The communication was great from start to finish! First contact via AirBNB and total desired. The location is a dream, the amenities and flair really good! We didn't want to leave.

Johanna's log cabin is a nice house with everything you need for a short break on the Irrsee. The rooms are a bit small, but there is enough storage space to accommodate everything and to be able to move freely. Beware of bed lengths and large guests (we overlooked this in the description, but it was still possible). The large kitchen is very well equipped. With us, a pan on the induction stove did not work and Johanna was there with a new pan within a very short time! 🙂 The living area and the large, well-equipped terrace invite you to relax. A mini minus for us was that we thought the house was right by the lake. However, there is a sports/football field directly in between. Was used only a little during our stay. The lake access is within walking distance and very pleasant and quiet with a small catering station. All in all, it was a very relaxing stay for us. We will be happy to come back. 😊

It’s a homey, clean and sweet place. Despite the freezing weather we were never cold thanks to the floor heating. The quiet was also real nice after a day of sightseeing. I recommend staying here.

Had 2 great weeks. Many outings to do in the area (all within an hour's drive from the cottage) David's recommendation (walking to the mountain lake is definitely worth it!) and then it is wonderful to 'come home' to the cottage after an active day. The cottage is very quiet, the neighbors are friendly and there is plenty of space! Everything is available (kitchen utensils, television, games, etc.) Partly due to David's hospitality, we quickly felt at ease in the cottage. A plus was definitely the sauna. Definitely worth going here!

We stayed with Matthias for the 6th time and enjoyed it this year - despite bad weather - as always. If you love the peace and seclusion but also the simple, original life, this is the place to be. Matthias is a far above average host and person and it is always pleasant to see and talk to him. We will be back!

It was a beautiful stay and exactly what I needed to break away. The area was calm and quiet with a beautiful backdrop of the Alps right at your doorstep. Lisa & Pietra were really helpful throughout. I would definitely come back here!

Ute and her family were so sweet and warm. Always available . Helpful with everything you needed including leisure tips. The cottage was fantastically beautiful. The location as well. All in all a dream. We'll be back.

Totally sweet cottage! Roland and Teresa are super nice and responded very quickly to messages. The check-in was totally easy and we were even allowed to come in a little earlier by arrangement :)

We (two adults and two infants) stayed at the farmhouse for four nights. Check-in and communication with Kirsten was quick and smooth. The equipment in the kitchen as well as in the entire accommodation was more than sufficient (children's dishes, high chair, baked goods, plenty of blankets, etc.) The view from the accommodation is breathtaking. There are ample hiking trails and activities from the farmhouse (also many children's playgrounds, parks, lakes, etc.) The only thing you have to be aware of is that the house is an old farmhouse and therefore the cleanliness cannot be as good as in a new building. That's why it takes getting used to crawling kids. A car is also definitely necessary, as the shopping facilities are downstairs in the valley; which is actually clear. Conclusion: It was a great place for all of us for an extended weekend.

We - a family with two children (8,3) - spent 3 wonderful days in Mittererb and Pauline's accommodation. Pauline is an incredibly warm, attentive hostess. The accommodation itself is very clean, the furniture was mostly built by Pauline's son, who is a carpenter. The highlight for our children was the bunk bed and the wonderful and lovingly maintained garden. For the children, there were wild strawberries to snack on and in the raised bed there were various salads, kohlrabi and radishes to take freely. Pauline surprised us on arrival with a filled refrigerator and fresh bread from the local baker. In the kitchen, there is everything you need and more, and vinegar, oil and spices are also provided. Two different coffee machines including coffee are also available. Pauline herself is not only familiar with the area, but also a city guide in Salzburg and has many tips ready. It was perfect!

The facility was nice and cozy, communication was fast, and they were proactive in helping. It was a special experience. I was satisfied with the 5-star campsite.

There was a bit of a problem with the communication, the host was not very talkative, and there were disposable slippers that were not thrown in the house.But the house is still atmospheric and can also order food delivery.

The beekeeper's house was very cozy, authentic and equipped with many loving details. We had beautiful game evenings at the tiled stove and in front of the fireplace, enjoyed the peace in nature or experienced great ski days. Constantin (landlord) was always available, but everything was self-explanatory or factual information was available. Everything was to our satisfaction and we will definitely come back, so highly recommended. An all-round successful stay, thank you so much for the wonderful time!

Gitti has been the perfect host for the perfect house. We had an amazing stay with the family and really enjoyed spending time in such a tranquil place. We are most definitely coming back!
