Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Black Sea

we were looking for a peaceful place in Istanbul close to the sea and mountains and forests. This is the best place for this purpose. So we got completely relaxed there. Moreover, the location is very organic- you may buy fresh milk straight from Turkish village citizens, freshly baked Karadeniz bread from the local old lady who is making herself it, you may buy fresh groceries there. Black Sea is 10 minutes away by car. The place is also close to both Asian and European parts of Istanbul. About house- the housekeepers are very helpful and empathetic, whenever you need help, they can do that. We did not know that the house is well-equipped so we brought our dishes, containers, shampoo etc. However, everything was there. Overall, we had amazing experience there with our kids. thanks to this place for that

Very cozy and beautiful house in the village of Shekvetili. We stayed with friends in mid-April, quiet and peaceful around, it felt like we were alone there. The sea is 5 minutes away, the sandy beach, when there was a storm, the waves spill very beautifully! The view from the roof of the house, in our opinion, is its main feature - on the one hand you look through the trees to the sea, on the other mountain in the 🔥 morning you can sit in silence for coffee, and in the evening admire the stars! Inside the house is very cozy and has everything you need for a comfortable life, there are all cooking utensils, oven, dishwasher, microwave and even a Turk!) Perfect for 8 people by the number of beds Many thanks to the hosts of the house for providing all the information before check-in and a warm welcome. We really liked it, I recommend it! 💯 I'd love to go back there in a warmer time

Apartments are beautiful, large, and in a great location - we really loved our stay and would absolutely recommend this place to friends! Things to know: the two floors are totally separate apartments; they are pretty anonymous rental flats in terms of what to expect in the kitchen; we experienced some cultural differences around checkout and other communication, but no major issues; the offered airport pickup required that we wait around the airport for about 40 minutes but was otherwise easy

We really loved the house, it was beautifully designed and everything was thought out. The facilities were quite sufficient, and it was nice that the pool was heated. Mr. Ahmet and his wife helped us in every way, and we were able to reach them whenever we wanted. I'm thinking of coming back, I'd recommend it to everyone!

Amazing! A truly pleasant stay. I highly recommend this place! The host was incredibly friendly, responsive, and attentive to our needs from the beginning until check-out. Communication was smooth, and they were always quick to assist whenever we had questions. The unit was clean, cozy, and exactly as shown in the photos — maybe even better! The location is strategic and the neighborhood was peaceful. There were many thoughtful touches from the host that made us feel right at home. Thank you so much for the warm hospitality. The reason we stayed was to get away from the city and stay in the middle of nature. It was a vacation that fully met our request. The host was helpful with the transfer from the airport and made it easy for us to check in. We were able to get support whenever we needed it. The food option isn't much, but it was enough for us.

Tugkan is very responsive and friendly. he was always there to help us and give us jnstructions. pros: nice apartement, with all the amenities that work perfectely. kitchen is well equiped for cooking for 6 7 people and washing mashine and dish washing machines are making everything very easy. Tugkan himself is very responsive and helpful. cons: the public transportation access is really bad. so before booking, bear in mind that you may use a lot of taxis and ubers and plan for it. The streets that lead to the apartment are extremely steep, making it hard to access any public transportation. Overall it worth the money, it is reletively cheap for 7 people.

I stayed here for 6 weeks while I worked at a hospital nearby. The place is in a great location, with lots of cafes restaurants nearby. The house itself although quite small is lovely, cosy and clean. The view is amazing and the home was very well equipped for short term stays. I also felt very safe staying there as a solo female, security was great. Mehmet Selim was also very attentive and responsive. 10/10

Absolutely loved this place. It is on the 5th floor with no elevator, so if you are not for climbing stairs, this isn't your place. The staff did tote the luggage up and down. I personally wanted the exercise, and the view was worth it. I don't know that Istanbul offers a better view. Beware of the Galataport drop off. A LOT of stairs to get home even though it says .2-.3 mile walk. Every bit is stairs from the water. I would stay here again if visiting Istanbul

A total 5 star experience all around The very best place and area to finish off our 3 weeks in Turkey Such a welcoming place to come home to after a day out exploring We had the added benefit of a rooftop terrace to enjoy our breakfast and then beer and snacks before heading out to the choice many restaurants in the area for dinner The pizzas at Pizzrotti are amazing and we had them delivered to our terrace !! Balat has it all and just a quick tram ride to the beating heart of Istanbul The apartment was so quiet The shower was amazing The beds were comfortable The kitchen was well stocked We had a gorgeous lounge to relax in An all over 5 star apartment I thoroughly recommend a stay here of at least 4 nights

I’d recommend this little gem! 1000+ yr old building, be a part of history

We had a very nice stay. Volkan replied immediately, gave clear self check-in instructions, and there was always 'staff' nearby who could come to the apartment within 15 minutes if we needed help. When our toilet didn’t flush upon arrival, someone came to fix it right away. When our toilet paper was almost finished, we received new rolls. The apartment is brighter than it appears in the photos, thanks to two street-facing windows. I had feared it would be too dark, but that wasn’t the case. The location (New European Quarter) is great—close to Galata Tower, Taksim Square (full of restaurants and shops), and fancy hotels like the Pera Palace, where Agatha Christie wrote Murder on the Orient Express. Do note that the area is noisy both day and night, and the flat is not well insulated against sound. Streetlights prevent full darkness, even with curtains. Light sleepers may want to bring earplugs and a sleep mask. Bus, metro and train stops are 3-10 min away—leading to the 'Old city'.

It was spotless, you feel like you ate in your own house, everything is thought out to the last detail, the glass, the bowl, the sugar, the coffee, everything is completely there, there is nothing you need to buy and everywhere is spotless, when there is a problem, they immediately respond and help, there is a very large market within a 10-minute walking distance, the lake is close enough to get off by taxi, everything was very beautiful

Inga's accommodation was simply great. Quietly located with a fantastic view! Everything is exactly as described. We arrived around 11 pm and Inga still welcomed us in a friendly manner. From the center of Batumi to the guesthouse you can easily take a taxi/bolt. Taxi drivers can also easily find the guest house. It is recommended to walk the last 100 meters to the guesthouse and end the taxi ride at the intersection with the church. You should do the same when you call a taxi. Inga is very helpful and even gave us a bottle of wine as a farewell gift. We enjoyed the accommodation very much and would come back anytime! Thanks for a great stay. :)

My wife and I really enjoyed our time at Keenan’s bungalow. Kenan is a very friendly host and is very helpful. The place looks exactly as you see it in the photos. It is in a quiet area that is nice and relaxing. We hope one day we can return and stay at one of Kenan’s places again.
