Excellent apartment if you’re planning to do stuff around Poole. Very close to everything harbour and shopping. Local shop and bakery just down the road. Great stay and very friendly hosts.

We had a lovely long weekend and the apartment was perfect for our needs. It was spotlessly clean with a fully equipped kitchen. Plenty of space for all. Very comfy beds and pillows too! Short walk to Boscombe beach. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a weekend in Bournemouth and surrounding area.

A very spacious, enjoyable stay was had at Chris’ place! I’ve stayed in the block before but not here but would defo be back as the location is ideal , literally on the beach and close to amenities. Very handy to go to the New forest too, and having a parking space. Thanks so much

Iveta was very helpful and accommodating as we were unable to tell her our estimated time of arrival due to family circumstances. The lovely touch of chocolates and candles were appreciated. The appartment is spacious and well equipped. The parking space especially welcome as there doesn’t appear to be any other parking. Was also close to Southampton hospital which was what we needed .

Beautiful space and location! Access to the gym is a real plus. Amy is a great host - very quick communication - will definately be looking for one of her properties next time we’re near Bournemouth

Really good, clean, well equipped apartment. Very well located for access to the town and beyond, although obviously that does mean there is a bit of traffic noise but not too intrusive. Had we been travelling in peak summertime, personally we would have sought outdoor space but the apartment was described accurately and suited our needs perfectly. Host is very responsive, helpful and genuinely polite and welcoming.

The room was in pristine condition. And, indeed, you can see the sea from the living room window. The welcome hamper was a nice touch, and welcomed after a long drive! Laith's instructions and rules of the room were clear, detailed, and very fair. Laith was highly responsive to our queries. Would recommend if you are looking for a quiet place that is easily accessible to Bournemouth (only a 10mins drive away).

Perfect stay, just a few minute walk to boscombe beach. Apartment had everything we needed and was perfectly clean and set up ready for our late arrival. Would highly recommend

Very clean and well presented accommodation which is conveniently located, only minutes away from from the sea front.

We spent 6 days in an excellent accommodation and the facilities in the hotel were great. Our host was very helpful and supportive if we had any questions. We would definitely highly recommend this apartment.

The place was just like in the photos, great attention to details and very clean. We felt very comfortable. There are clear instructions for self check-in and the bonus is that Matt is really involved and caring about his guests.

Good place to stay when visiting the family friendly beach area of Boscoumbe, 40 min walk from the more busy Bournemouth. Good places to eat along the beach, and very nice sand. Gym was only partly functional, old and weary but ok. We had no wifi at all during our stay, but the host promised this will be in place again for next guest. Outside window washing bi-monthly required to be home to move the car away from the reserved parking spot on short notice from the building owner knocking on doors.. Hotel feeling and nice, which also means close to neighbours activity and "open" terrace.

Very private lovely, quirky flat on a house with lots of outdoors to relax in and explore. Casey was so friendly and helpful. Without a doubt would highly recommend to anybody wanting to spend a nice, peaceful, relaxing time in the New Forest. Pleasure to meet you Casey

Richard was an amazing, communicative and helpful host. The house looks exactly like the pictures and was perfect for all 12 of us. So close to Southbourne beach (a five minute walk) and an easy drive to anywhere else. I highly recommend it

It was a very nice lodge clean and tidy only 5 minutes ti the beach sainsbury just 2 minutes away and host good communication

We stayed at Sam’s place to celebrate my husbands birthday. From the start Sam was responsive, friendly, answered questions and gave some fab advice. When I made a request she did everything she could to make it happen. The caravan itself is in a lovely peaceful part of the park with easy walking distance to the woods for the dog to have a run and also to the beach where we wandered to the pub and then back for an ice cream. Sam clearly explained how everything worked, where everything was & what she was doing to make things perfect for her guests. Her guide for things to do was really helpful so our days were filled and never dull. I would call this caravan a proper family home, it does everything it’s suppose to so you can just relax and enjoy your holiday. When I had some sad family news, Sam went out of her way to make sure we were ok and that we didn’t need to rush out the caravan on check out, so if you want a proper family home from home that does what it says - visit here! 🩷

The accommodation was lovely and clean. The lodge was in a quiet cul de sac. The kitchen was well stocked, the welcome hamper was a lovely touch. The site was well kept, the swimming pool and sauna were really nice. Communication with Julie was excellent. We look forward to staying here again.

We had a lovely time in Anita’s Airbnb, lovely and clean, with everything we needed. Great location, with an easy walk to the beach. We would stay again 🥰

Wonderful stay here, thank you. The additions of the hot chocolate station, biscuits and doggy hamper were much appreciated and a lovely touch. Very clean and spacious, easy to find and instructions were clear for access etc. would highly recommend booking.

Just returned from a weekend in Hobourne park and what a lovely time we had. Caravan was spotless, it was so comfortable like being at home. The location of the caravan was lovely and quiet. The site had plenty to do for the children. Sue and Diane responded to my messages very quickly and were very helpful. We all had a great time and didn’t want to leave. Hopefully we will return again soon!

Sally was so lovely the place was so nice, comfy and clean she really thought about the little things! location was fantastic! lots to do we can't wait to go back.!
